  Wonderful thats all i can say even though the weather wasnt so good but the stop at montreux was paid it off Roger our driver and guide was great he came before time explained everything thoroughly was very lively and even gave all of us an suprise after the glacier 3000 tour Highly recommend this tour

  I opted to be picked up from my hotel for this trip. The night before I specifically checked the pick up time by going in to the section where it tells you the pick up details. It correctly told me the name of my hotel and a start time of 8.15. We were outside the hotel at 8am and the bus did not show up. At 8.20am I went back into the app and double checked the pick up times again. It said the same 8.15. At the bottom of this page there was a ‘contact support’ button so I selected that in order to contact Viator and see what had happened to the bus. It was only when I accessed the ‘contact support’ link that I saw I had received a message from Viator (hidden in the ‘contact support’ section) saying that pick up was at 7.40am. When I contacted Viator at 8.20am they said the fault was ours, they would not refund me and they would not add me to the same tour the next day. I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company and have received the £358 back via my credit card company for services not received. Clearly the Viator app (or possibly the staff that send out the individual pick up times) is at fault here. It makes no sense to hide important pick up information in a section called ‘contact support’ instead of in the actual ‘pick up details’ section. On top of this, Viator’s flat refusal to add me to the tour the next day was very poor. I’ve used Viator in the past with no problems but I won’t be rushing to use them again because of this issue

  Amazing tour guide, explained everything well and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made trip to Switzerland very worth.

  Great trip led bye knowledgeable guide Roger was great freindly bloke driver guide all in one Hot wine was nice little touch The glacier itself is amazing
