Leighton was super knowledgeable, kind and courteous. He took us to several locations from the trains, we also rode on a bus. He had answers for everything we asked. He helped translate for us (he speaks several languages) and did it all with a smile! He ended up being a part-time photographer for us too! What a treat. I would highly recommend hiring Leighton for any adventures in Switzerland.

It was my first time in Switzerland! I was able to see and understand Basel, Chur, Andermatt, and Lucerne in one day!! I’m throughly impressed and grateful for the Leighton; he was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience extremely entertaining!!

Planned on doing Glacier Express but train was down for maintenance. Still wanted to see as much of the Alps as we could so decided to do this tour which returned us back from origination city, Basel. We couldn’t have done the train transfers or received the history lesson without Leighton. Thank you / we really enjoyed it!

Our guide Leighton made the Glacier Express journey through the Swiss Alps absolutely unforgettable. He was warm, knowledgeable, and shared just the right amount of history and local stories to bring the scenery to life. The conversation was warm and friendly. The timing of his commentary was perfect — we never missed a highlight! His enthusiasm and care for each of us really stood out. A truly beautiful experience that I would recommend to anyone traveling through Switzerland.
