Great day out despite the Scottish weather tipping rain on us constantly! Both interesting places to visit and our guide Moria was excellent and very knowledgeable

The castle is a must see! The grounds and castle are very stunning and beautiful. However, the tour seemed very disorganized. The entry ticket for the castle is not included in the tour. It was an extra cost that we purchased ahead of time. Many people didn't buy the tickets ahead of time and were made to believe it was mandatory to buy them instead of just waiting outside the castle. In addition, there appeared to be more than one company involved with the bookings so the tour guide had no idea who purchased entry tickets. It took a bit of time to sort things out before we could enter the castle. I think the tickets to enter the castle should be included in the tour to avoid the confusion. In the end, it is worth going to see the castle.

The guide was late, and the bus was later - making the entire excursion an hour late taking off. We were lied to, as well, and received no apology. We didn't feel safe or confident in their ability to get us baxk to the ship on time. We felt we had to purchase a tour from another company. Here we are 3 days later, and absolutely zero follow up on our request for a refund. Others in our ship waited, and we heard the first bus broke down at the terminal, so they had to wait almost another hour. The tour then skipped all of the stops, and only went to Stirling castle, but they were not permitted to go in, even if they had pre-ourchased tickets. Horrible customer service, and not a trustworthy tour company.

Excellent tour. Great guide and driver. Visited many places and made it back to the ship in time despite our late start which was caused by some passengers.
