What an awesome day out and experience in Glasgow! Mhairi was the perfect guide — clever, funny, and full of stories that made the city’s history come alive. We wandered, we learned, and we ate very well along the way. The food stops were spot-on, and Mhairi’s mix of humour and knowledge made the whole experience a treat. If you want a tour that feeds both your brain and your belly, this is the one!

Mhairi was a fantastic and engaging host, and the food was excellent. We have been on many food tours, and this one ranks among the best. Wish we had more time in Glasgow to enjoy more of the restaurants.

I enjoy not only great bites and beer but also learning the history of Glasgow! This is the first time I tried Scotch eggs and haggis and I liked them both! Mhairi was a wonderful host/tour guide. She took the time to make sure I was ok with the food as I have a lot of allergies.

This was just what we wanted. Mhairi had a wealth of information to set the context and give us some of the history of Glasgow. She infused the day with fun bits of trivia and was able able to answer any question we threw at her. The choices of stops were perfect- starting with tea and scones, moving onto a historic pub, a hidden gem restaurant in the train station, and finishing with a whisky tasting with sticky pudding- a perfect way to introduce Glasgow!

This was so much fun. A great mix of interesting foods and drink, together with a very nice overview of the city and its history. As I type this I am finishing the last of my bread pudding…. OMG!
