This is an all-inclusive tour of the Glass House Mountains and surrounds with award winning Joel's Journeys Noosa, Queensland and Australia Top Tour Guide winner. This shared tour will operate with a minimum of 4 adults.
Our Glass House Mountains Tour will have you in awe as we wind our way through this magnificent and unique landscape. You will have the best of both worlds with our experienced local guide, who will take you to the best viewing locations of the Glass House Mountains from near and afar, including a small nature walk into the Glass House Mountains National Park to get a closer view of the biggest and tallest peaks.
A delicious dine-in lunch and drink at a lookout cafe is included. We also explore the most picturesque part of Maleny with a nature walk through old growth forest with giant trees and wildlife.

What To Expect
Glass House Mountains National Park
We start the day with a scenic country drive towards the biggest of the Glass House Mountains, Mt Beerwah. On the way there, we drive between various other Glass House Mountains peaks. Glass House Mountains is approximately 75 minutes drive from Noosa. You will be guided on a short walk into the Glass House Mountains National Park to a striking viewing area of Mt Beerwah and the organ pipes.
Soon after admiring Mt Beerwah, we will drive to the best viewing location of Mt Coonowrin, the second tallest of the Glass House Mountains, with a distinctly unique shape.

5.00Full day of learning, appreciation and admiration of the glass house mountains, rainforest, aboriginal stories and site, plantations and back roads. The pace was relaxed with many scenic lookouts. Great lunch with a view and 3 wild kangaroos entertained us. Thanks to Joel for sharing his passion for nature, the big and small. There is more than beautiful coastal views in Queensland. Hotel pick up and delivery a perk.

5.00We started off the day with a warm welcome. Joel took us to some amazing places that we would never have been able to find on our own. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and we had a lovely lunch overlooking the Glass House Mountains. Throughout the day we gained a more thorough understanding of the mountains and their origin. We ended the day with a captivating rainforest walk exploring ancient trees and learning about the flora and fauna. We would highly recommend him.

5.00Joel was very friendly and kind. He took time to get to know everyone on the bus. Joel asked us questions about ourselves and gave us background information about himself. He was very informative and was able to answer all questions. We had a wonderful experience on this tour. It exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend people to give this tour a go. The lunch at the cafe was also very good.

5.00Joel's Glasshouse Mountains tour is a wonderful way to deepen your experience of this beautiful region. Joel is a great guide whose passion and knowledge about the history, geology, plants and animals is totally engaging. Ever changing views of the amazing countryside from the cosy bus, and a great lunch! Mary Cairncross Reserve is awesome, even more so because of Joel's familiarity with the ecosystem and the birds, animals and plants within it. Inspiring and highly recommended.

5.00Me and my family had a fantastic day where we got to see magical scenery of the Glass House Mountains. Joel is a great guide with a lot of wisdom and information. We had a great lunch with a beautiful view and ended the day with a walk in a rainforest. We recommend this to anyone who wants to get close to the mountains and like nature! If we go back to Sunshine Coast we will absolutely go on another tour with Joel’s Journey.
