A stunning day tour from Glasgow that takes us to locations from movies such as Skyfall, Highlander and Harry Potter.
We’ll travel to Glencoe and the ‘Road to the Isles’, from Fort William to Glenfinnan. Watch the Jacobite Steam Train as it crosses the Glenfinnan Viaduct (Apr- Oct), a Scottish icon that’s famous for its classic Victorian engineering. It's also known as the ‘Harry Potter bridge’ that takes the boy wizard to Hogwarts

Luss
Luss is on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. Not only will we stop here for morning refreshments, but to enjoy some wonderful views of Loch Lomond. Ben Lomond, Scotland’s most southerly Munro, (mountains over 3000 feet high) can also be viewed from here.
Glencoe
Glencoe was the setting to one of the most infamous periods in Scottish history, the Glencoe massacre which took place in 1692. The beautiful scenery is a visitors must see. We stop at Glencoe Visitor Centre to allow time to learn more about the history of the glen. The centre is also home to the turf house where you‘ll be able to see what life must have been like for the 500-600 strong community that lived here in 17th century Glencoe. We travel through the glen twice (morning and evening) and stop for photos and to take in the landscape while we are there.

Thoroughly enjoyed my Glenfinnan Viaduct, Glencoe, and Loch Shiel day tour. Our group of 10 was the perfect number of guests to experience the Highlands without being rushed. The Glenfinnan Viaduct (the bridge for Harry Potter’s Hogwarts Express), the beautiful lochs—including Loch Lomond, Glen Etive Road (the breathtaking mountain road leading to James Bond’s “Skyfall”), and the stunning mountain views of the Three Sisters of Glencoe, all made for picture-perfect memories. But a perfect day couldn’t have been possible without our guide and driver—the most welcoming Maggie, who entertained us with her storytelling as we settled in for the scenic drive. Thank you, Maggs for making my day in the Highlands an unforgettable one! Hope to see you again on another tour one day soon.

We received great communication from the company about booking, paying, and detailed information about meeting time and location. Tour stops were as described and, in spite of miserable weather, our guide Dave kept us entertained with his good nature and vast knowledge of Scotland and its history. Happy to recommend this tour to anyone visiting Glasgow who is interested in venturing out of the city to see some of the highlands.

Great experience! Our guide was jolly and energetic and clearly loved showing off his country! It was only his second trip and his information about local lore, geology and nature was significant. He even tried to make connections between local sights and the nationalities of those on board. Very well done! Beyond that, each stop is delightful with plenty to see and a reasonable amount of time to soak it up. The weather mostly behaved, but there were some downpours of course, so be sure to dress appropriately and don’t skimp on the footwear!

Colin was an amazing travel leader full of energy and super engaging throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, from Highland history to fun local stories, and made sure we were always in the right place at the right time. We visited the Highlands, Loch Lomond, and Glenfinnan, and he shared great tips for viewpoints and photos. The schedule was well organized without feeling rushed.
