Nice experience. We did 2d1n Halong bay. Exactly what was described. If I would go again I would choose for a less touristic route. Too many people going in the cave and tiptop island at same timez even for cayaking

I will write this review in great lengths just so I am as fair as possible. To start with attached you will see the communication on whatsapp prior to the trip. To say unprofessional is the very least. In vietnam in more than 3 places i have found that they have snake in their menu so logically I tried to make sure that wouldnt happen on the boat because snakes are a phobia of mine. The guy asked me to “Plz relax” after making a joke asking if I eat python. I have never been presented to such rudeness and lack of professionalism. The transportation is very comfortable but mid road we stopped for a 30 minute break although the whole trip is perhaps 2h and 30 minutes. The bus was closed during that time so we had to go around for 30 minutes. Than we arrived at the port and we waited some more, about 1 hour until the boat was ready. So I woke up at 7 and we entered the boat around 12. Thats 5 hours and the road is max 2H and 30 minutes. So we simply waited for the remainder of those 5 hours which is too much. Than as we enter the boat, the staff basically yelled at me to go down while I was waiting for my boyfriend to come. The tour at the cave and the beach was so overcrowded that the only thing I enjoyed was the hiking and that because the view was beautiful. It still was horrendously overcrowded. The food is amazing on board. The staff are most probably all underage so there is little professionalism there. And we payed 300 dollars foe this experience and the water wasnt even included. To me that was absolutely overpriced. And the boat is small, lifejackets are dirty and old and they smell. Then after the tour was over we sat outside waiting for 30 minutes so far. And before leaving they had us write our reviews pf the place which again I have never been asked. Regarding the room, its very pretty and spacious but the dust is unbelievable. I am allergic to dust so imagine how I felt knowing we had payed 300 dollars for me to sneeze all night. And we were upgraded. This was the 4.5 stars tour. The name of the boat was lily cruise

This cruise is a beautiful experience with multiple activities throughout the day to keep you entertained with all the beauty that Ha Long Bay has to offer. Ha long Bay is an absolute must see on your visit to Vietnam!!!

Best experience of the halong bay to my opinion. First day they pick you up with a luxury bus great for the long ride. They take good care of you while you go on the boat. The place are amazing the food is good and the crew and organization in total is excellent.
