We had such a great time despite the weather. Rakel was an amazing guide, kept us engaged and entertained throughout the day with local history and folklore as we went to see some beautiful sites around the golden circle. Included some special things not mentioned in the tour.

This experience was absolutely amazing. I traveled in a group of six including myself, and everyone was so warm and friendly. Our guide was one of a kind. His lived experiences and intense knowledge of the history made experiencing the golden circle much more immersive than if I did the drive myself (he was also able to accurately predict when the geyser would go off and the best way to film!) . The secret lagoon of course makes this tour special compared to others. I am so happy I ended up doing a tour. I would recommend any first-time visitors (especially during winter months) to do the circle guided and maybe self-drive next time during better weather.

We had an excellent tour of the Golden Circle with Rakel. She picked us up on time, and then took us on a full-day adventure where we visited two very different and spectacular waterfalls and a hot springs geyser, stopped for lunch at a spot with many options, before ending at the secret lagoon. Rakel was engaging and knowledgeable, and shared many stories, customs, and experiences about Iceland that went well beyond the standard (ask her about the santa clauses!). Her personality is fantastic, and her warmth and positive attitude absolutely were highlights of the full day tour. Highly recommend!

We had a great day with Rakel as our friendly, knowledgeable and informative guide. We had stories about Elves and their homes, Icelandic surnames, traditional bread making, tectonic plates and much much more. We saw different weather every 15 minutes where one waterfall was seen in the midst of a snow and hail storm and the other in fabulous sunshine. The spa was the perfect end to a wonderful day. A great tour if you want a smaller, more personable group outing.

We were picked up on time by Gummi our lovely guide. I think we hit the jackpot, Gummi was a very knowledgeable gentlemen who was so passionate about his country and all it had to offer. From the minute he picked us up to dropping us off he was like a walking encyclopedia on Iceland, he was extremely patient and so courteous. I would most definitely book with Gummi again when I return to Iceland. Our tour was incredible, thanks to Gummi. Xxx

Absolutely first class. A superb day with a very knowledgeable guide, Gummi. A lovely small group, and plenty of time to enjoy and absorb the various locations we visited. The culmination of a dip in the secret lagoon was just about the perfect way to finish. Would recommend.

Great tour. Our driver and guide Gummi was excellent. Full of stories and information. Kept very relaxed and felt like were going at our own pace but no doubt was subtly keeping us on schedule! Really liked the Secret Lagoon at the end which not all the Golden Circle tours include. A really nice contrast to the more commercial Blue Lagoon.

Great Day! Extremely nice being a small group. You got to enjoy each stop longer because you didn’t have to wait on a lot of people. We were able to really get to know our guide Rakel

We started our adventure when the sun was shinning. It was going to be an amazing day. Our guide Gummi is a son of Iceland and knew facts & figures about our tour & sites that only a native would know. Seeing the tectonic plates & the geysers, hearing about the volcanoes & earthquakes was fascinating. A visitor could just imagine being there. The Secret Lagoon was a lovely way to end the tour. We were all warm & cozy for our trip back to Reykjavik. Thanks Gummi for such a wonderful day. I could not recommend this tour enough.
