Be comfortable in water and be able to swim.
Communicate in English at the time of the tour.
Be physically fit.
Not be pregnant.
You must be ready to wear a tight and constricting dry suit to protect your body from the cold.
You must be a minimum of 150 cm and a maximum of 200 cm in height and weigh between 45 and 120 kilos along with being physically fit.
- You must be a maximum of 69 years of age to participate in this tour. If you are over 60 years of age, you need a medical waiver, available on page 2 of the Medical Statement.
You must be a minimum of 12 years of age to participate in this tour. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian booked on the same tour.
If you are over 45 and partake/have partaken in pipe smoking or heavy alcohol intake, you need a medical waiver.
Please note that should you have any neurological, circulatory or respiratory problems or underlying diseases, battled any illnesses or have any physical problems you might have to turn in a physicians allowance to participate in this tour.
Please contact us regarding pick up. There are some hotels where buses are not allowed to drive. You can find information about designated pick up locations at busstop.is or ask the front desk of your hotel. Pick up from Keflavík airport or outside of the greater capital area is not available.

5.00I had a great time on this tour. Bjorn was helpful and on time with everything. He gave us brief histories on things we drove by and we even took some detours to get more of an Icelandic experience than what we paid for. We saw a bunch of waterfalls, a geyser, pet some Icelandic horses, and went snorkeling in between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. Really cool stuff and I’d book him again for another experience if I’m in Iceland again.

5.00Absolutely fantastic, Juliana made the journey a lot of fun for the long drive. The snorkeling was spectacular and the guides were very friendly and helpful. If you do anything in Iceland, you must do this!!

5.00This was a great small bus tour. The guide (Bjorn) was local and he entertained us with stories, and educated us about Iceland. He was great! We started off going to the waterfall. We had some time to get out of the bus and wonder around in the gift shop and 2 viewing areas. It was incredible! Next we stopped on the side of the road to see some Icelandic horses that were up against the fence and we got to pet them. Then we saw the geyser and stopped across the street for lunch. It was a perfect grab and go lunch that we could take along in the car. After that we went to go snorkel. It was cold, but not unbearable with the dry suit. We were in the water for around 40 mins I believe. It was so clear and beautiful. The guide is with you and helping every step of the way. They take lots of pictures of you and the scenery underwater, which you can easily download online from a link the next day. You also get some hot coca to help you warm up afterwards. The guides were great. They were incredibly experienced and hilarious! We had Kevin and he was a riot, we loved him! He made it an extra fun experience. Finally we went to see another smaller waterfall, and walk around a beautiful area that had some nice views of the lake and the faults/tectonic plate splitting. This was a great tour and I highly recommend it!

5.00What an experience! With a small group we were allowed to discover the golden circle under the guidance of our top guide Björn. During the day we were surprised by nature. But also through the stories and facts of Björn. Thankful for such a good and friendly guide! There was plenty of time to see everything. The snorkeling in Silfra was also phenomenal! First moment cold but got used to quickly. Under the guidance of Kevin we experienced something unique! Something that will last forever.

5.00Snorkeling experience was amazing! I was concerned about getting cold, the dry suits they provide are amazing. Guides were very helpful and informative. Our driver for the day, Bjorn, was on time and great at getting us to the different sites. Very informative during the drives through Iceland on what we were seeing.

4.00Bjorn made sure we saw more than what was originally planned, was always friendly and answered all our questions. I wish we had spent more time in Geysir and skip the horses (as I can see horses anywhere but geysers are unique), and also the microphone was not working very well. But apart from that a fantastic experience.

5.00Oskar, our tour driver, was very good and knowledgable. Had a lot of tidbits of information about the places we were going and passing by. He also took us on a few bonus stops to see extra views and features, which was super cool! The main features of the tour are also incredible and well worth seeing. Iceland is full of natural beauty and this tour takes you right to the doorstop. The snorkelling experience was incredible. Cold, but absolutely a highlight that i would not hesitate to do again.

Bjorn was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and had a great sense of humor. He provided detailed and fascinating explanations about Iceland's history, geology, and culture throughout the journey, which made the scenery come alive. He wasn't just a driver; he was a true storyteller who clearly loves his country. His driving was extremely safe and smooth, making us feel completely comfortable on the road. He was also very attentive to our needs, ensuring we were always happy with the pace and stopping frequently for photos at the most beautiful spots.
