Golden Circle Route
The Golden Circle is the most iconic destination from Reykjavik. On this route you will enjoy beautiful scenery and visit Iceland's three famous spots: Geysir geothermal area, Gullfoss waterfall and Thingvellir national park.
Thingvellir National Park
The Thingvellir are both historically and geologically a important location. Here was the first icelandic parliament founded in the late 900s and this is also the a visible division between the eurasian and the north american continental plates.

5.00We took the Fly Bus from the airport hotel to the pick up spot in Reykjavid bus terminal. All went as planned. We were picked up at 9:00 by Bus Travel Iceland and spent the entire day with our bus driver - Petur. What a wonderful person - very knowledgable about Iceland and the Golden Circle Itinerary. We count not have piced a better company and driver to take care of us. THANK YOU PETUR!

5.00Kris was very nice and even helped my mom look for something she lost. He even drove me to the top of one of the stops because there were a lot of steps and I had just sprained my ankle. All activity levels are good to go on this trip, you can set how much you want to walk/hike. I did not walk much and I felt like I was able to see everything.

5.00Siggi was absolutely incredible, he truly made today the best day my wife and I could have had in Iceland. From the moment we stepped on the bus to the moment we got off, his energy was unmatched. I honestly don’t know how someone can be so consistently happy, energetic, genuine, and kind, but Siggi made every moment feel special. What stood out most was how personal he made the entire experience. He somehow turned a bus full of strangers into a little family. He genuinely connected with each of us, made us laugh nonstop, and created such a warm and welcoming environment that made the whole day feel special. His sense of humor was amazing, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, you could tell how deeply he cared about Iceland and sharing its beauty with all of us. What touched us most was how he never once hesitated to stop the bus if someone wanted to take a picture of something beautiful or meaningful. That level of care, patience, and flexibility made the experience feel so personal and unforgettable. We never felt rushed, we felt cared for. We’ve been on full-day tours before, and they can sometimes feel long, but not this one — time flew by because of the experience he created. 5.00We wanted to see a lot of what we could in one day and this tour hit the best of everything! Our tour guide Kubas was great, he brought great energy, knowledge, music, history and and overall experience to a wondeful tour. Having a great guide is what really makes a tour like this amazing. While we would travel between our tour stops we would get a vast amount of history regarding our surroundings or where we were headed to next. The tour even included a vast amount of Icelandic music that made a nice bus ride even better. We can’t thank Kubas enough for his great tour. In addition, his colleague Sam was a huge help as I left a jacket on the bus when leaving. Sam was a huge help in meeting me to coordinate getting my coat back before leaving. Thank you all so much!
