Enjoy the sounds of the gong and nature in our beautiful open air yoga shala. Nestled along a sandy path halfway between the main road and the beach, this is the place for you to relax!

All you need to do is lie down and relax as the vibrations of the gong lead you into a deep sense of relaxation.

What To Expect

You get to relax to the sounds of our 110 cm stainless steel gong, other smaller gongs and Himalayan bowls surrounded by the sounds of nature. Our gong relaxation takes place in an open air Balinese shala surrounded by beautiful gardens with the sound of the ocean in the background. You don’t need to do anything, let the sounds and vibrations of the gong lead you into a deep sense of relaxation. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. Doors will close promptly at the scheduled start, and late entry will not be permitted to maintain the integrity of the experience.

We all really loved this experience. We are a group of 4 who had never tried anything like this. Nicholas has created a really beautiful space and was fantastic. Such a lovely thing to do on an amazing island. We would all highly recommend if you get the chance!

Ah, what a kind, energetic, relaxing and healing place Nic & Josie created on the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan! We felt welcome from the first second and enjoyed several holiday classes, the gong relaxation and the yoga Nidra and can definitely recommend each of them.
