  This was an excellent tour of the art district in Guatemala City! There are so many vibrant murals and true street art by extremely talented local artists. From cultural images to modern day pop art to gritty street tagging- so much to see and digest in this colorful zone with a very connected to the scene tour guide. A highly recommend.

  The guides are kind and knowledgeable and can do both English and Spanish (I did mine in Spanish). And you get to do your own graffiti on cloth that you can take with you (wear clothes that you don’t mind getting some random spray paint drops in casé they don’t wash out). I would have enjoyed seeing even more art. It’s an interesting and different way to see the city. It’s also 100% safe. A cool project. Hágalo no lo vayas a arrepentir. I’ve done similar tours in BsAs and CDMX and Puebla… a great way to see a different side of a city.

  I highly recommend visiting Guatemala City and booking this tour! Paula is very smart, educated in tourism, and passionate about graffiti and hip-hop culture. I learned a lot during this tour, and the best part is that it is in a very safe and walkable part of the city. This part of the city has a lot of great bars and restaurants where we grabbed lunch afterward! One of my favorite parts of the tour was when Paula gave us the opportunity to use a spray can and create our own graffiti (on a portable sheet, not on a building). It was great to learn the styles of how the letters are written and the different types of spray cans to use. I had no idea it was so expensive to create grafitti!

  Fun tour - got to see a lot of street art in the area and learn about the stories and the artists behind several pieces. The guide has clearly spent a lot of time connecting with the community.

  I had an amazing time learning about the history and culture of street art! Paula took me around to different examples of street art and explained the language of graffiti. At the end I also got to try out using spray cans to make a piece to take home. It was very fun and informative!

  If you want to learn a bit more about the city and its Graffiti background, this tour is for you. I see the Art with different eyes now. Also Paula is doing a realy good job as a guide. Recommended.

  Leaving this here as well because I originally signed up for the Zone 4 tour! A few weeks ago, I had the absolute pleasure of attending a pilot graffiti tour of Zone 1. Paula has immense knowledgeable about graffiti in general and artists and graffiti writers in Guatemala City. I learned a ton, and it was a great way to see some of Zone 1! The love that Paula has for graffiti and her city is infectious. I can't wait to come back and do another tour in a different zone. We were also joined by local artist Cheps, who shared his knowledge and experience. The workshop at the end of the tour was really fun, and I definitely saw some improvement from beginning to end in my (very poor) graffiti skills. Both Paula and Cheps were incredibly friendly and gracious. I could not recommend this tour enough!

  My favorite part of the experience is besides the initial mix up Paula went out of her way to make sure I got a chance to experience the graffiti tour.
