We had a fantastic tour for my wife’s birthday, and thoroughly recommend Food Sherpas. We learnt so much from Laura and really enjoyed both the wine and the food dishes.

Our guide (Katia) had a broad and deep knowledge of food, wine, history, and culture. She shared many useful and fascinating details with the group. We sampled several different items that are characteristic or even exclusive to the region. Katia also checked with each of us about dietary allergies, restrictions, and preferences, so I think we were all very happy. (Although I can only speak for myself.) It was the right amount and variety of food and wine -- I definitely did not leave hungry. TIP: if you do this in fall or winter, dress in layers. It can be really chilly after the sun goes down, walking between places. But then suddenly warm once inside.

What a fabulous evening we had! Our guide Katia was so knowledgeable and friendly. She told us so many interesting stories about the city of Granada but also of the food and wines we enjoyed. The amount of food and wine was very generous and our olive oil tasting experience was great fun. We definitely recommend this tour. It’s great value for money.

This foodie tour is in a tight space near the old town of Granada. Loaded with tapas bars and restaurants, this area was alive with locals attending their favorite eatery, especially with this tour being on a Sunday. Our guide, Marcel, was a jovial host with incredible knowledge of the foods, spices, and wines of the region. Wending and winding our way through the narrow streets and alleys, Marcel took our group to taste the incredible flavors of cod, beef and pork tapas with generous glasses of white and red wines. If you ever go to Granada, don't miss this walking tour. Simply outstanding!!!

We would highly recommend this tour. Our local guide Laura was a great source of information on local food and drink and life in Granada. We learned so much about Granada, its people and customs and ate some excellent food at some of her favourite places.

Laura was a wonderful guide! It was a highlight of our trip to Spain and would recommend folks do on the earlier side of their time in Granada to get some local tips on where to go.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this wine and tapas tour with Bruce. The tapas and wine were really great and the places we went were exceptional. I especially liked the spice shop. I went back the next day and bought paprika and saffron for my granddaughter who is a chef. Bruce was knowledgeable about Granada and very pleasant to tour with. I highly recommend this tour!
