We would like to share our wonderful experience on recent Taste of Granada food tour. Our host - Katia came prepared and ready to give us one of the best explanations, experience and good company we ever had on food tours. With selection of wonderful temprannilos, surprising Mencal with tasting of 2 exceptional olive oils and delicious food comprised of hams, veggie dishes and grilled Iberico to name a few, the biggest winner was oxtail croquet if you can believe it! Katia was very knowledgeable of food history, Granada history and herself a foodie- she opened our minds and palates. Nice surprise with last dessert- very kind gesture for my husband BD - candle and happy birthday wishes from whole restaurant. This was really memorable experience which will stay with us. Thank you Katia!

Katia was a perfect guide for our small group on our tour, sharing her in-depth and insider knowledge on local food and wine, as well as on Granada. The food and wine on the tour was also all delicious, and she was also very helpful in collating all the places we visited / places she recommended into an email that was promptly sent the next morning.

Fabulous evening. Katja was a great host/guide. Gave us a wonderful tour and went to three amazing tapas bars/restaurants and sampled some amazing dishes and wine! She was very friendly and informative . Food was plentiful and delicious and wine was flowing and was also superb. The three hours flew by. Great first night in Grenada and brilliant introduction to the cuisine and city

We had a fantastic tour for my wife’s birthday, and thoroughly recommend Food Sherpas. We learnt so much from Laura and really enjoyed both the wine and the food dishes.

Our guide (Katia) had a broad and deep knowledge of food, wine, history, and culture. She shared many useful and fascinating details with the group. We sampled several different items that are characteristic or even exclusive to the region. Katia also checked with each of us about dietary allergies, restrictions, and preferences, so I think we were all very happy. (Although I can only speak for myself.) It was the right amount and variety of food and wine -- I definitely did not leave hungry. TIP: if you do this in fall or winter, dress in layers. It can be really chilly after the sun goes down, walking between places. But then suddenly warm once inside.
