We did the excursion with the Andrea guide. Excellent guide, super friendly and gave us very interesting data of Granada. It was good the tour also because we toured places that alone could not have found. Super recommended!

Don’t miss this and other incredible tours offered through Play Granada! Andrea and Marco gave such an informative and enjoyable walking tour through the Albycin and Sacramonte neighborhoods. Learning about history and cultures makes our travels so much richer and the many photo opts on this tour are impressive. Andrea and Marco were personable, knowledgeable and professional with relaxed and fun personalities. Don’t miss it! The staff of Play Granada are also exceptional. Deepen your experience in Granada by taking this and other tours while there.

This was overall a disappointment - I booked the walking tour for 12pm, and planned my day around it. I had a WhatsApp message from the provider around 10:45am, asking if I had interest in booking a flamenco show through them for that evening. I arrived at the meeting point (their offices) just before noon, and was told that the tour would not be happening, as I was the only person who had booked. Why not tell me that when trying to sell me another experience? I was offered a spot on the Segway tour for noon instead, which I agreed to and paid an additional cost. However, when this tour started, it was actually a biking tour, which I ended up not taking part in (I am not comfortable riding a bike, especially through crowded streets and up steep hills). The provider then offered for me to go on a walking tour departing at 5pm, but I had other plans. I wish communication from the provider had been better - if they had been clear that the tour I booked would not proceed, I would not have wasted a large portion of my day getting the run-around.

Our walking tour through the Albaicín in Granada was very nice, made all the more special by our guide, Mario. He struck the perfect balance between being incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely funny, bringing the history and culture of the area to life in such an engaging way. What stood out most was how considerate he was of the group’s pace, especially with a mix of young, elder and myself—he made sure everyone felt comfortable without missing out on anything. His recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore beyond the tour were also spot-on and really helped us make the most of our time in Granada. I’d highly recommend this tour woth Mario to anyone
