I was at the site where they said to meet up 20 minutes before the time and no one ever showed up even after 15 minutes after the time. I called Viator and they couldn’t get a hold of the tour company and then would not give me a refund. They wanted me to be on hold for over 15 minutes and I hung up on them. I don’t think I will use them anymore.

Cancelled by company 45 minutes before we were to meet. We only found out as we had gone to office office to confirm the meeting place. We had tickets and money had been taken from our account. We were told tgat it was "overbooked". I asked when they had been going to tell us? Was told that they were just about to do so. The office had been open 2 and a half hours! We had booked day before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Others such as Oway tours very reliable. This company not so AVOID! Much better reliable companies out there

It was nice to walk through those neighbourhoods and get a few minutes to take pictures, get the history behind the places and learn more about the guide! I was alone so it was more of a private tour, whoever, the guide made sure I was comfortable and would ask if I needed to rest for a bit every now and then. Will recommend it 100%
