A very enjoyable walk through Sacramonte with Mario. He has information on any topic you can think of. Even though the climb is a potential barrier, he paces it well, making sure everyone has sufficient breath to listen, ask, and learn. We were especially grateful for his recommendation of the Riviera tapas bar.

We had a great time walking through the two neighborhoods with Mario! He shared a lot of historical and cultural context that brought the area to life. The tour lasted about two hours and while the walk was uphill, Mario stopped regularly to share more facts. Be sure to bring water! There weren’t really any places to buy some along the way

Last minute cancel on us with only 12 hours of notice. We moved other plans around for this tour. They only sent a message inside the Viator app late the night before saying they canceled. Completely unacceptable. Do not book this tour!

It was a good experience through the historic parts of Granada. Perhaps it could have been better if more history were to be included in the narration.

We had a great walking tour with Mario. There were only two of us on the tour, so he was able to make it very personal around our interests. Passionate about history and Granada, the two hours went in a flash and it really added to our stay in such a beautiful city - thank you Mario!

This is a great tour to experience two interesting and unique areas of Granada. Our guide Mario was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and pointed out a lot of detail we wouldn’t have otherwise known. He also gave great recommendations for tapas and flamenco. The pace was ideal, with lots of stops as we walked up the streets of the Albaicin. Our group was a great size, with 7 people plus Mario, so we could hear easily and keep up. The vibe was easy and conversational which allowed for questions and lots of interaction. Two hours was just right, as well.

A comprehensive tour of the two areas with frequent stops for interesting information and Q and A. Mario was extremely knowledgeable about a wide range of subjects especially around the history and local culture. The tour had a good pace with stops on the way up and time to take in the views.

Mario was a terrific guide - very knowledgeable, great communicator in English, friendly, and with an admirably global perspective. We had a great time and would recommend him without reservation.
