Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
Per FAA Regulations, original government issued photo ID such as a REAL-ID compliant driver's license or a valid passport is required for all travelers over the age of 18. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.
Helicopter seating is based on legal weight & balance limits and will be assigned after check-in. Maverick Helicopters does not guarantee seating next to or in the same row of the rest of the party.”

5.00Taylor was a wonderful, knowledgeable guide with a touch of humor. Great playlist! The landing in the Grand Canyon was perfect duration. Just enough to get some pics and enjoy the scenery but not so long that you are secretly wondering how much longer until we can get back on the way to LV.
I recommend this tour to everyone.

5.00To start everyone was awesome and had great customer service. Helicopter was clean and the pilot was freaking great! This was absolutely a spiritual experience for me and my wife. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great experience and to see on of the world wonders. Seeing the Grand Canyon from the air was a sight that can never be beaten. No other view will ever compare.

I was nervous to do this as I’m not the best flyer but I don’t know what I was so worried about, breathtaking views and lots of reassurance and interesting information the whole way through, by our very professional and friendly pilot Jack, he pointed out sights, explained the history, asked if we had questions and even offered to take our pictures once we landed in the canyon. Best thing we have ever done!

1.00Unfortunately Maverick just called around 9pm the evening before the tour to shift us to a later one as the tour we booked had not enough guests. As we could not change our plans that short notice, they just cacelled our reservation. Basically you cannot rely on reservations even though you prepaid. Better avoid.
