Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
Per FAA Regulations, original government issued photo ID such as a REAL-ID compliant driver's license or a valid passport is required for all travelers over the age of 18. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.
Helicopter seating is based on legal weight & balance limits and will be assigned after check-in. Maverick Helicopters does not guarantee seating next to or in the same row of the rest of the party.”

5.00This is a once in a lifetime excursion! The experience from start to finish was easy, and the pilot kept us informed of any potential bumps along the way, and many landmark locations on the trip out to the Grand Canyon. P flying over the Hoover Dam was really awesome! We landed in the Grand Canyon with the most stunning views, tranquility, and really special moments with nature. Returning to Vegas, we got to see the sunset behind the mountains and did a flyover of Fremont Street and the Vegas strip just before landing back at the airport. Truly an amazing experience with the family and Jace, our pilot, was incredibly friendly and kind.

2.00Not recommended! Very little narration; boring helicopter ride through the dessert. Beverage, peanuts and pretzels on the land in GC and back with a quick stop to gas the helicopter. Save your hard earned $$$. Not worth it!

5.00Took my first ever helicopter ride with Maverick Helicopter Tours and it did NOT disappoint. At first, I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant when I saw how young the pilot was, but that feeling disappeared fast. He was calm, confident, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The ride was incredibly smooth and his skill really showed. Seeing everything from that perspective was just wild. It’s one of those experiences that genuinely makes you stop and appreciate things differently. Absolutely a must-do at least once in your life. Highly recommend, easy 5 stars.

5.00Excellent tour with a fabulous pilot. Would highly recommend. The mid day flight to the Grand Canyon was very hot (101F) and interior of the helicopter, while air conditioned, was also warm. Dress appropriately. But the view of the canyon is unmatched!
