Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
Per FAA Regulations, original government issued photo ID such as a REAL-ID compliant driver's license or a valid passport is required for all travelers over the age of 18. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.
Helicopter seating is based on legal weight & balance limits and will be assigned after check-in. Maverick Helicopters does not guarantee seating next to or in the same row of the rest of the party.”

5.00This was the ultimate highlight of our holiday. Some of the group were nervous of going in a helicopter and so we researched many different tour operators. Maverick came out top in our opinion and didn’t disappoint. Super professional company. Our pilot Taylor, was ex military and extremely qualified and we felt very safe. The trip was breathtaking and just such a fabulous experience. Taylor pointed out lots of landmarks and gave us a lot of information and fun facts along the way. We touched down inside the canyon which again, was a really great experience, we felt very small! The trip back along the Las Vegas strip was really cool too and everyone got the opportunity to sit up front in the helicopter so nobody missed out. We would all highly recommend Maverick. A really great, professional company and lovely people to deal with. Special shout out to Jennifer Nelson who helped considerably prior to the trip with some admin issues. She was super helpful and very patient.

5.00This was a great experience from. From the moment I booked Maverick Helicopters communication has been excellent and professional. The pilot was amazing, he made us feel very welcome and answered all our questions. There base being just past the Fabulous Las Vegas sign was really continent for us as we didn't have the time to travel to anywhere else.

5.00Traveling by helicopter is the way to visit The Grand Canyon. We got to fly over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, land in the Grand Canyon and on the way back fly down the strip. Awesome experience—the day we went it was 102, dry heat is still HOT when u are up there—stay hydrated. Captain Doug was our pilot and he was a good one. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
