Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.

The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)

There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.

Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.

I was cautioned to be careful about these helicopter companies that do tours. I can tell you, from the moment we walked into this place we knew we were in good hands. They were very professional. Our pilot, Dana, was top-notch. This was definitely a bucket list trip that lived up to our expectations.

Based on the rave reviews, we booked this helicopter trip from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon, and it was everything we hoped for and more! The collection from our hotel (the Venetian) was perfect, the trip to the Maverick site was quick, the 'check-in' was seemless. We didn't have a cap with us, so bought one at the shop at the Maverick site, as well as some water. Our pilot, Peyton, gave us a thorough briefing before we took off, and then we were in the air flying over Las Vegas!! I would highly recommend this trip. We landed in the Grand Canyon, had some snacks and drinks (provided by Maverick) before heading back. An excellent experience.

Our pilot Wayne was an excellent host and guide. Flight was amazing and lots of inter Facts and fabulous views. Views look so much better from above. Landing for snacks and time in canyon was cool!

What an amazing experience! Top-notch professionals, safety was never a concern. This company does it right. Picked up at hotel, hopped on helicopter, landed inside the Grand Canyon and headed back to hotel all in less than four hours. Efficient and interesting. Highly recommend. Dana, our pilot, was personable and professional. Only thing I’d add is more dialogue while in the air— perhaps more about the terrain, the history, the details of where we were.
