Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.
Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.

Great flight, but poor planning

3.00The flight and crew were great!! The trip was amazing. The only problem was that they canceled our original flight 1 hr before we were to catch the flight. They canceled due to not enough people scheduled for that particular flight. It ruined our plans for the day and we had to rearrange our plans to catch the flight the next morning. They should have given us more notice or warned us of possible cancelation when we booked that flight.

5.00Our pilot Jared was friendly and professional. The views of the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon mountains were stunning! Loved the sunset flyover of Las Vegas Blvd (the Strip ) on our return trip. Jared’s Playlist was awesome too! Added to the experience! Highly recommend this Sunset trip!

5.00Taylor was great. Very informative and made those a little nervous at ease. Views that you can never experience absent a days hike. Please, if you are thinking about it, book it one of our group called it life changing. Worth every penny. Maverick is a first rate professional outfit.
