Children ages 2 years and up require a seat. Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk.
Luggage and large bags are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam
There may be waiting periods at any point or attraction due to weather or passenger volumes
Skywalk Policy: You may bring your mobile phone onto the Skywalk, but all bags, cameras, and other personal items are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are available for secure storage. Please note: During your visit inside Grand Canyon West, backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while you explore each site.
Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.
Children age 6 and under require to use the car seat during the trip. Please have your own car seat/booster if possible. Please contact with tour operator in advance if you need more help.
For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a reachable phone number is necessary for participants.
For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
You must provide your pick-up location to the operator at least 3 days before departure. If not received, the default pick-up will be: 06:30am Excalibur Hotel & Casino at Bus Pick up Area--3850 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
By selecting an option and completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the tour's full product description, including all details about itinerary, included and excluded fees. Your payment indicates your acceptance of these terms.
For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus.
Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft (if option selected), passengers weighing 300 lbs (136kg) or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat (or demnied boarding). Any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. If boarding is denied, you will receive a refund for this portion of the tour
A minimum of 2 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate. Availability is limited, and flights may be cancelled due to weather or low participation.
As our buses are not lift-equipped, wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment, and guests will need assistance from their companions to board and disembark.

Our tour guide EDWARD and driver DONG were fantastic lots of information and anecdotes and absolute pleasure. Quite a memorable day , unforgettable and should we ever return a must do again trip. 5.00Scarlet, our tour guide, was absolutely wonderful ~ so knowledgeable, organized, and so warm and friendly. She made sure we always knew exactly where to be and shared tons of interesting facts along the way. Leo, our bus driver, was very much appreciated — he made our traveling journey to the Grand Canyon a very comfortable one! The half-hour stop at the Hoover Dam (views from the upper deck) offered great photo opportunities and was just enough time to take in the views. The Skywalk at Eagle Point was a definite highlight! We hadn’t purchased tickets in advance, but thanks to Scarlet’s help, we were able to experience it—and it was absolutely worth it. Lunch at Guano Point was perfectly yummy and came with some truly breathtaking views. All in all, an unforgettable day filled with beauty, history, and great company. Highly recommend this tour - and especially Scarlet and Leo!

5.00You should absolutely do this tour. The Grand Canon was on the top of my bucket list and it did not disappoint. I cannot rate it highly enough. It would also be a bonus if you get Jesse for your tour guide, what a top guy he was. Very knowledgeable and just a real nice guy. Seriously you need to do this tour. I loved every second of it and would do it again in heartbeat ( and if I didn’t live so far away- Aussie here)

5.00Scarlett and Leo were wonderful. It was fun learning all the historical facts and she was so organized! I especially liked all the timing guidance for how long to stay at each area.
