Children ages 2 years and up require a seat. Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk.
Luggage and large bags are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam
There may be waiting periods at any point or attraction due to weather or passenger volumes
Skywalk Policy: You may bring your mobile phone onto the Skywalk, but all bags, cameras, and other personal items are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are available for secure storage. Please note: During your visit inside Grand Canyon West, backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while you explore each site.
Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.
Children age 6 and under require to use the car seat during the trip. Please have your own car seat/booster if possible. Please contact with tour operator in advance if you need more help.
For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a reachable phone number is necessary for participants.
For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
You must provide your pick-up location to the operator at least 3 days before departure. If not received, the default pick-up will be: 06:30am Excalibur Hotel & Casino at Bus Pick up Area--3850 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus.
Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft (if option selected), passengers weighing 300 lbs (136kg) or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat (or demnied boarding). Any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. If boarding is denied, you will receive a refund for this portion of the tour
A minimum of 4 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate. Availability is limited, and flights may be cancelled due to weather or low participation.
As our buses are not lift-equipped, wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment, and guests will need assistance from their companions to board and disembark.
Reminder: During the period of mid-November, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas/Bellagio Hotel & Casino/Horseshoe Las Vegas, these sites will be cancelled,Please choose an alternative site when booking.

5.00Grand Canyon West Tour with Eric – absolutely unreal experience from start to finish. Eric genuinely made the whole trip. Super knowledgeable without being over the top, knew exactly when to give us history and when to just let us take in the views. You can tell he’s done this a thousand times but still treats it like it’s his first — energy was on point all day. The drive out was smooth, well-paced, and actually enjoyable (which says a lot given the distance). He had great local insights, pointed out hidden spots along the way, and kept everything running like clockwork without it ever feeling rushed. And then the canyon itself… honestly, no photo prepares you for it. Standing at the edge at Grand Canyon West is just insane — the scale, the silence, the depth. It’s one of those places that makes everything else feel small for a moment. Eric timed everything perfectly so we avoided the worst of the crowds, got the best viewpoints, and had enough time to properly soak it all in. Even helped with photos and knew exactly where to stand for the best angles. The whole experience felt premium, effortless, and memorable — not just a tour, more like a perfectly curated day. If you’re even thinking about doing a Grand Canyon tour, do it with Eric. No question.

5.00Fantastic tour. Everything is very well organized, from your pick up to your drop off. While the attractions speak for themselves, especially the Grand Canyon, Eric is a terrific tour guide. Keeps everything on schedule, make sure you know where to go, what to see, and all the little inside information that makes for a very smooth and easy day. He also provides lots of entertaining narration while you are on the bus.
