Children ages 2 years and up require a seat. Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk.
Luggage and large bags are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam
There may be waiting periods at any point or attraction due to weather or passenger volumes
Skywalk Policy: You may bring your mobile phone onto the Skywalk, but all bags, cameras, and other personal items are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are available for secure storage. Please note: During your visit inside Grand Canyon West, backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while you explore each site.
Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.
Children age 6 and under require to use the car seat during the trip. Please have your own car seat/booster if possible. Please contact with tour operator in advance if you need more help.
For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a reachable phone number is necessary for participants.
For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
You must provide your pick-up location to the operator at least 3 days before departure. If not received, the default pick-up will be: 06:30am Excalibur Hotel & Casino at Bus Pick up Area--3850 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus.
Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft (if option selected), passengers weighing 300 lbs (136kg) or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat (or demnied boarding). Any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. If boarding is denied, you will receive a refund for this portion of the tour
A minimum of 2 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate. Availability is limited, and flights may be cancelled due to weather or low participation.
As our buses are not lift-equipped, wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment, and guests will need assistance from their companions to board and disembark.
Reminder: During the period of November 17-25, 2025, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas/Bellagio Hotel & Casino/Horseshoe Las Vegas, these sites will be cancelled,Please choose an alternative site when booking.

4.00The overall experience was good! Wonderful views, good food options (vegetarian food), safe drive and comfortable mode of transportation. We stopped at a picturesque spot in addition to the actual spots, which made the trip feel planned and worth it! The only feedback is: The tour guide gave A LOT of random information and facts about A LOT of things, which can be fun, but not if you are on a 2/3 hour bus ride in the sun and prone to motion sickness. It felt like a non-stop history lesson (in a foreign language if English is not your first language). There was no balance whatsoever. I am thankful for the great experience, but the tour guide was very know-it-all and arrogant. Made faces and visually got annoyed at the tinniest things, and got extremely rude when we decided to not tip him. A little consideration for different interests would be nice.

5.00Edward and Andy were fantastic. Edward was knowledgeable and fun. He had great time management while working with a large group. We didn’t feel rushed at any of the stops. This was a great way to spend the day and see the Grand Canyon.

5.00A great experience overall, communication was fast and easy from reserving the tour, to the day of the tour. Pickup was punctual and throughout out the day. Our driver wyn was safe and Charles was a great tour guide with lots of information. Worth the price for the super saver tour. A great time for families or people that have never been to the Grand Canyon.

4.00The trip was great overall! Safe and comfortable driving, timely pick up and tour, great food options (even for vegetarians), good respectful crowd and warm tour guide! We took stops at good picturesque spots. The only feedback would be the tour guide sometimes gave A LOT of history and back story about A LOT of things. It took away from some chill time you would like to have in the bus. The drive through the desert in the sun was already a little nauseating and sickening, and this long monologue about history of Las Vegas can be A LOT, especially if english is not your first language. A little balance would be appreciated to fill needs of everyone.

5.00Due to many bad experiences on guided tours I had my doubts on going on another one. My girlfriend insisted we go on a guided tour to see the Grand Canyon instead of renting a car and boy….. like always she was right! Charles and Wayne made the trip educational, exciting, and changed my view on guided tours for the better! If you are in Vegas and planning on going to the Grand Canyon, I suggest asking for them two! You will not be disappointed. From providing comedic information to showing where to take the best pictures, they were AWESOME! Thank you Charles and Wayne! I’ll be back soon to share the experience with more of my friends and family!

Their additional guidance on American history and culture makes the trip more memorable. Experienced the Hualapai Tacos for the first time.

5.00The tour of the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon was excellent. From pick up to drop off it was very well organised. Charles and Wayne were brilliant hosts, with Charles providing very helpful hints and commentary. Highly recommend to anyone visit Las Vegas.
