Children ages 2 years and up require a seat. Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk.
Luggage and large bags are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam
There may be waiting periods at any point or attraction due to weather or passenger volumes
Skywalk Policy: You may bring your mobile phone onto the Skywalk, but all bags, cameras, and other personal items are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are available for secure storage. Please note: During your visit inside Grand Canyon West, backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while you explore each site.
Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.
Children age 6 and under require to use the car seat during the trip. Please have your own car seat/booster if possible. Please contact with tour operator in advance if you need more help.
For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a reachable phone number is necessary for participants.
For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
You must provide your pick-up location to the operator at least 3 days before departure. If not received, the default pick-up will be: 06:30am Excalibur Hotel & Casino at Bus Pick up Area--3850 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus.
Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft (if option selected), passengers weighing 300 lbs (136kg) or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat (or demnied boarding). Any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. If boarding is denied, you will receive a refund for this portion of the tour
A minimum of 4 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate. Availability is limited, and flights may be cancelled due to weather or low participation.
As our buses are not lift-equipped, wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment, and guests will need assistance from their companions to board and disembark.
Reminder: During the period of mid-November, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas/Bellagio Hotel & Casino/Horseshoe Las Vegas, these sites will be cancelled,Please choose an alternative site when booking.

5.00Sarah was our tour guide and the bus driver was Frank. He is an excellent safe driver and Sarah is an excellent guide. She is very informative very detailed and proactive with everything she does . We had a seamless fun hassle free day with this team. We had a great time at the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon West rim. She talks about the small settlements that we see along the way and about wild life and habitat. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and everything was on time!

Professional from start to finish - tour was explained throughly, learnt a lot of information & had such a great day seeing the Grand Canyon & Hoover Dam! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Vegas! Good value for money! Only negative would be that the air conditioning on the coach was so cold that I felt freezing after spending hours on the road - otherwise could not fault the day.

Hoover Dam in the United States, completed in 1936, once supplied electricity to wartime industries, and the surrounding region reflects the historical shift from water power to modern electricity. It later supported the rapid growth of Las Vegas. Today, the new highway over the river bridge replaces the old winding road across the dam, easing congestion and improving safety. Engineers reshaped the Black Canyon route through slope cutting, earth filling, and wildlife underpasses, creating a smoother and safer passage while preserving the canyon’s dramatic landscape. The Grand Canyon, located in Arizona, is a magnificent natural wonder carved over millions of years by the Colorado River. Stretching about 446 kilometers with depths exceeding 1,800 meters, it’s famous for its dramatic layered cliffs and two billion years of geological history. The canyon is divided into the South Rim, North Rim, and West Rim: the South Rim offers the most viewpoints and is open year round; the North Rim is quieter and more untouched but closes in winter; and the West Rim is closest to Las Vegas and known for the glass Skywalk. With stunning sunrises and sunsets and options ranging from hiking to helicopter tours, it’s a world class destination that travelers shouldn’t miss.
