5.00Very organized and great communication from office in advance of the ride. Shuttle bus was a bit rough and could use some suspension upgrades for the speed bumps in Vegas and we were on the shuttle for an hour. Driver was nice and aggressive as she was concerned for our timing. The facility at the airport is very nice and clean and free lockers. Arriving at least 30 minutes prior is great to settle and do the formalities. Safety briefing and registration. The pilot we had was LUCAS. Very energetic and young and lot full of great information to share about the area and the Canyon and surrounding areas. Frankly, I think the helicopter is too small to fit four in the back seat especially for an extended tour. Not sure how to accommodate larger passengers unless they decide on that at time of departure as they have to balance the aircraft properly, so maybe some shuffling is done for plus size people? Having headsets on was great to communicate and interact with each other and pilot. We did the West Rim and we’re able to see the canyon twice, as it’s considered a second Loop on this particular tour. Incredible scenery, and a really great way to understand the scope of the Grand Canyon.

Communication was excellent and information about the pickup time, location, the lunch choices, and optional activities at the ranch was clear. The helicopter pilot was great and gave a nice overview of the sights we encountered during the flight. Do be sure to prepare beforehand if you are prone to motion sickness. We selected the tour that included 2 hours at a ranch and we enjoyed our time there! We loved interacting with Cowboy Dave and had a lot fun at the gun range. The instructor was patient, safety conscious, and helped make our time with him a memorable experience.

5.00Take something warm to wear. Went on early morning flight. A little cold. If you suffer with motion sickness probably not for you. Fantastic service from start to finish, what an experience and no hard sale afterwards, if you want pictures you purchase them. Highly recommend.
