  Driver waiting as advised. Book a shared mino bus transport service, but due to us being the only two people who had booked this option. We were allocated a taxi. The driver was friendly, helped with our luggae and a safe driver. On trip to Hotel our driver wanted to pass on all his knowledge of Grand Cayman, Pointing out place of intrest, dimensions and size of the island. In all a very enjoyable transfer.

  I booked my ride for 1:30pm as that was what time was available on the shuttle booking page. Somehow that meant I should still check in when my flight landed an hour and a half earlier. Just say that you’ll pick up passengers when they land and not in a particular time slot. Operator was very rude when I was able to speak to him, essentially calling me silly for waiting in the lobby before checking in at the desk. It wouldn’t have mattered though since I had already arranged with my accommodation to check in a bit after 1:30. Had we arrived earlier like he preferred, I wouldn’t been standing outside my unit until it was made available. This was a simple misunderstanding that left a terrible taste in my mouth. Just go out to the taxi stands outside arrivals and grab one instead of booking this. It was the same price and I could still use a card.

  Great experience. Driver was on-time and very friendly on both the airport pick up and the drop off. I would use them again without hesitation. Super prompt communication and worked with me on an alternate pick up time. A+ experience. They also send you an email a day before with your pickup time.

  Everything went smooth. Quick ride from Airport to the hotel. Would use again. All the hotels are close together so even though we made multiple stops, it didn’t take long to get to the hotel.

  I was traveling solo and the bus driver had no other scheduled passengers. As soon as I left the secure area at the airport, the driver was there holding up a sign with my name on it. Friendly and helpful. He got me to my hotel just fine.

  We made arrangements through Viator for transportation from the airport to the hotel and back. We were greeted at the airport upon arrival and escorted to our bus. Our driver told us a few things about the island while we were traveling to our hotel. We were notified a day in advance for our pickup time for our trip back to the airport. Everything was great. I would recommend them for your transportation needs.

  When we exited the customs area there was a person with our name on a tablet. We waited probably 3-5 minutes for the driver to walk up to us and escort us to the vehicle. We were the only ones in the van and so he drove us directly to our hotel. Could not ask for any better or more pleasant service. Our drive was Mr. Smooth which is his nickname and he was great.

  Luis, the driver, waited patiently as our flight was delayed a bit. He was very friendly and courteous. For our return we had the pleasure of being picked-up and driven by Marcos. He was equally as pleasant.

  Driver was on time and very polite and courteous. He was nice enough to be waiting with a sign with my name on it so I did not have to wonder around looking for anyone. I really appreciate the way this company handles their business.
