5.00We had a great time on our 1 day tour of the Tetons with Katie as our tour guide. We saw everything we expected and even a few moose and a grizzly bear! Katie was knowledgeable and showed us all the beautiful sites.

2.00Our guide Dan was extremely unprofessional, texting while driving, taking personal calls while driving, extremely critical of NPS and their wildlife management practices, was told(not asked) to use our personal national park passes. We were picked up on time at 6:30 but were not given lunch until 3:30. Did not accompany our group on Ginny Lake portion where our group got separated and the 1 hour trip turned into 3 hours. He is obsessed with grizzly bear. It was some time into the tour before we learned that 610,399 ect were bears. His main objective was to show the group how much he knew about individual “griz” and to tell us about his important photography. On many occasions he told us(not asked) to give him our personal cellphones so he could take pictures for us. Lastly we were told by Dan to call him when started back across Jenny Lake. We made two phone calls and two text that were never answered. Upon finally finding him he first claimed he did not get them later admitting he had but did not see them. That was inexcusable! We chose Viator because our previous experiences with Viator were all excellent.
