5.0This was a great experience, the service was awesome, they pick up passengers from hotels in a comfortable van, and the views from the plane are extraordinary! Our pilot Spencer was super friendly and professional and made sure everyone onboard could see the Great Barrier Reef features.

5.0This was an experience of a lifetime. They pick you up and drop you off from the hotel, give a safety briefing, and narrate while in the air. Not too much talking, just enough to let you know what different things are. The pilot was our chauffeur and was very hospitable. For comparison, the helicopter ride was $600 AD or $400 USD per person and the reviews were mixed. The plane was $174 USD and the customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend this excursion.

5.0Such an awesome experience with colours of the Reef that can’t be described in words. Our pilot was such a lovely genuine lady. The head sets in both planes require attention as they were hot and miss. Great experience that the kids loved too

5.0Good. But remember don’t arrive too early, because they don’t have terminal. However, the pick-up service is really useful, every staff is friendly. The captain give directions on taking photos during the fly time, follow it that you can find a small « heart reef », which is a surprise for me.
