We were concerned with the number of people, but at no time was it an issue at all. The staff was amazing, and the whole day was wonderful! Loved it!!!

Great experience, paid extra for the family snorkel safari and is definitely worth it. Must do off you are in the region.

It’s very rushed when you arrive. The area for people to sit on the pontoon you need more chairs and less tables. Lunch is served on the boat so plenty of tables to sit and eat. Would have been better to be able to leave your belongings on the boat and people just take towels to the pontoon which would have created more space for everyone. We travelled with an infant but unfortunately there were no change tables provided on either boat (eye spy) or pontoon lucky for us there was a wheelchair toilet which allowed for 2 of us to change the baby. If travelling with an infant/toddler please be advised to take your own feet covering onesies if you are taking them into the water as no stinger suits are provided min size 6 available. Low tide is great for looking at the coral but the swimming area is so much more condensed as you are not allowed to swim over the coral. We thought we would see more marine life while snorkeling and more tropical fish around the coral. All in all we all enjoyed the day and had a lovely family day out. The extra prices for guided snorkel at $80 adult and $50 children was a bit excessive considering the amount already paid for the actual tour. The actual scuba dive was well worth the extra money and very good customer service.
