Boat was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, there were many guests on the boat. A bit cramped and very crowded snorkeling. The web site was ambiguous about diver requirements and because of this, we were not allowed to dive, which was very disappointing. Also, the reef was disappointing. Very brown and not much color. Lots of colorful fish, though.

Fantastic tour with 2 stops at the reef, amazing snorkeling with plenty of coral and fish, you don't even need to pay for a dive, although that was great too, they have been patient with me, but you've got to perform some of the activities before going down in order to be allowed to go. The crew on the boat was fantastic and funny, they made sure we had a good time. Lunch was really delicious with huge shrimps, grilled fish, steak, and all sorts of salads on the side. Most dishes were gluten free, all I could not have was the pasta salad and bread. You can also buy some pills on the boat if you're sea sick, which I did, and they worked fine. Overall, it has been a fantastic day trip and the highlight of our holiday, would definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic experience. 8 people (4 adults and 4 teenagers) with 4 of us doing the intro dive. The crew did a great job explaining how the dive would work and walking us through the equipment. If you're on the fence on doing the intro dive I highly recommend. Jack is fantastic. Loved going to the two different dive sites and seeing so many different fish and coral. Maybe we just got lucky, but our ride out and back was super smooth. Some of my party brought sea sick meds and no one needed them. Yes it's a large tour. Our day had 150 people, but it really never felt crowded. Lots of room on the boat and at the dive sites. Had a question about our booking and Matt was great about answering my emails quickly even though it was after hours. I really appreciate that As a good to know, if you are diving and take any kind of medication or have any sort of medical condition, I would come prepared with a letter from your doctor that you are cleared to dive.
