This part of coastline use to be deep under water. The stone formed about 200 million years ago from ocean debris, such as plant and fish matter that floated to the bottom of the really deep ocean. Also keep a look out for the tiny and adorable Fairy Penguins as there are thousands of them around the area too!

We stopped at iconic spots like the Twelve Apostles, where the sea breeze carried the scent of salt and freedom. Koalas lounged lazily in eucalyptus trees at Kennett River, while wild parrots swooped in for a quick hello. Lunch in a charming seaside town gave us the chance to enjoy fresh fish and chips with a view that made us linger just a little too long. It felt like driving through a living painting.

5.00Guide has really great knowledge Trip was amazing picked us up from airport on time and in a luxury car my kids loved the drive breathtaking views asked for additional day trip driver went above and beyond even though it’s a busy season took us all the way to snow mountains stayed with us and returned on time to airport 100% recommended Reddy was a very knowledgeable person

The highlight, of course, was the Twelve Apostles, which were even more awe-inspiring in person than any photo could capture. The route felt like a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. We stopped for fresh seafood in Apollo Bay, spotted wild koalas lounging in the trees at Kennett River, and wandered along hidden beaches that felt like our own private paradise. The road itself is a joy to drive, with smooth curves that hug the coastline and plenty of well-placed lookouts to pull over and soak it all in.
