5.00Lisa was an excellent host. Pickup and drop off were very easy, and she took the time to get to know everyone’s name. The drive itself is quite windy and I did not feel well- she allowed me to sit in front which helped a lot. The scenery was stunning and we did spot koalas sleeping in trees. It is a long day but well worth it.

5.00Our tour actually was rescheduled to May 3, 2026 by operator. The trip was amazing. Our tour guide and bus driver Cloe was very nice and knowledgeable. She took photos for us very patient.

5.00I was alone, but enjoyed it! My guide Jacqui was friendly and professional, and the commentary ranged from the history of the sights to the behaviour of the kangaroos, which really helped me understand Australia. They were casually concerned for the tour members, and in the end, there was a sense of unity on the tour. Thank you for a good day♪

1.00Unfortunately, the time indicated on the app and the one communicated by the supplier the previous day were incorrect. “Fortunately,” they were required to show up 50 minutes early, otherwise I would miss the excursion. The service provider proved unprofessional: not only did they not apologize for the error, but they even denied the message sent the day before. (Still in the app) The bus was small and rather uncomfortable: I’m 6’10” tall and there was not enough space, so much so that I travelled with my knees against the front seat (other passengers were in the same situation too). Tom, the driver and guide, was instead very professional and friendly to everyone. Time for dinner far too short (about 30 minutes).
Overall is extremely satisfying with Gowest tour. Guide give a descriptive information with friendly smile and attitude
