The bus is old and uncomfortable especially for a 14-hour tour. The sunset is average not worth the long drive. The office staffs are unfriendly and refused to refund my double booking mistake as they do everything by the book without exception. It costs us extra $298. More profit for the company!

This tour is long and boring except the sunset. The bus is old and comfortable. I double booked by mistake, and they refused to refund me. They said it's my fault. Okay, go ahead use the extra $298 for your Christmas party. Stick your strict company policies.

I went on this Great Ocean Road tour via VELTRA. Unfortunately, we didn't see the sunset in the weather, I think the spectacular scenery unique to Australia is very worth seeing. We arrived at the hotel at 10.30am for a long tour before midnight, but on the way you can choose your own restaurant for lunch & dinner. My guide Rhys was cheerful and kind, talking to everyone who attended and always caring, so it was a fun tour throughout. I am truly grateful to Rhys for being cheerful and happy to the end despite driving non-stop for over three hours on the way home.

The weather wasn't the best and we couldn't see the sunset due to the heavy cloud cover. However, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Special thanks must go to our wonderful guide Rhys who aside from having a great personality and sense of humour also knew how to give enough time for each spot and improvised the itinerary along the way based on the group's needs. We didn't feel rushed and had enough time to take in the beauty of each spot which was well chosen. We even had time to stop by and see a Koala on a tree.

The Great Ocean Road tour was the best I experienced in Australia. Our tour guide Bluey and the coach driver Peter were amazing. They both had great sense of humour. They were knowledgeable about the site-seeing spots and explained in detail. I highly recommend them for the Great Ocean Road Tour.

We had a great Sunset tour of the Great Ocean Road with Go West tours. Our guide/driver was Michael and he was friendly, open, and energetic. While we didn't have the best weather at the start of the trip, Michael's enthusiasm brightened up the day. He may have been more excited than we were to see both koalas AND kangaroos in the wild. The Apostles were of course majestic, despite some cloud cover that covered up most of the sunset. Starting later in the day was the right timing for our group, but be aware that the trip does get back to Melbourne quite late. It was around midnight when we returned to our hotel.
