I was disappointed that after many months of conversations the Great Ocean Road eco tour I had booked with Go West, through Viator, was canceled at the last minute. Fortunately, Go West offered me another tour. The driver and guide was friendly and knowledgeable, even guaranteeing that we would see at least one koala bear in the wild, which we did. It's a long and tiring tour, but the scenery is spectacular and the Twelve Apostles were breathtaking. Nature at its very finest.

A fun tour and a must do if you want to see more than just Melbourne. Jai was a fabulous guide and kept us well organized, well informed and moving on time. He made sure we saw Koalas and Kangaroos in addition to the beautiful coastline which was the purpose of the tour. 10/10. Would recommend!

Wow, what an incredible day! We were so fortunate to have such a fun and knowledgeable tour guide. Jools went over and beyond to make today a memorable day. Not just our travel through the Great Ocean Road,, but making sure we saw kangaroos and Koalas. A very long day went by very quickly with her humorous touch.

The trip was great, small group with plenty of room on bus. Our tour guide Graeme was lovely! All the stops were great with plenty of time for pictures and enjoying the views.

The landscapes are very beautiful but the tour itself is quite tiring. Although the guide Cris was very friendly and helpful, I had enormous difficulty understanding the English spoken by him. And there was a hole: there was no visit to the natural habitat of the koalas, which disappointed me.

We went early November and the weather was so rainy! But we had an amazing time with friends and family thanks to our wonderful tour guide (Bluey)! Very lively guy who had a lot of fun facts and historical gossip to share. There were a lot of stops where our family was able to eat and rest. Thank you Go West!
