5.00We had an OUTSTANDING experience with Jooles and her little sidekick Gumnut⭐️💫🐨🦘🌊. She was incredibly friendly, informative, going out of her way for us to get snacks and extra views of koalas and kangaroos. Even though the tour started at 7am and we will be arriving to Melbourne at around 9-10pm, it really didn’t feel too tiresome or too rushed. We were also able to get plenty of rest on the bus. Jooles also got us a little Christmas present with our names on for each of us on the tour😭🫶🏻 (and it wasn’t even Christmas yet, today is December 22nd)

She shared geography, history, and cultural stories with a perfect balance of professionalism and humor, making the long journey engaging from start to finish. More importantly, she took meticulous care of everyone in our group, always attentive to our needs. Despite the long hours on the road—which must have been exhausting for her—Raquel never let her energy or enthusiasm fade. Standing at the Twelve Apostles at sunset, I was overwhelmed not only by the stunning view, but also by a deep sense of gratitude. It was a moment filled with awe, emotion, and appreciation. From Raquel, I truly felt that this was not just a job, but a passion for creating priceless memories for others. For that, I have nothing but respect and heartfelt thanks. Highly recommended. 🌅

5.00We had a wonderful trip to Great Ocean Road. Out tour guide cum driver is a friendly and beautiful lady. Her name is Jacqui. We enjoyed very much. She is full in passion and a lively personality. She is caring towards us throughout the journey. She also a careful and professional driver. She shares stories and briefed us through the place we go. Her voice is sweet. Overall, we had a memorable trip.

The tour was incredibly fun from start to finish with Rick as a tour guide, he is knowledgeable, engaging, and shared fascinating historical facts and local stories that made the journey educational and meaningful rather than just a sightseeing trip.

5.00It was amazing!! The Great Ocean Road is iconic and beautiful and our tour was absolutely wonderful. Literally they could not have done a better job! Our tour guide Lisa was the nicest tour guide we’ve ever had and very knowledgeable and accommodating. We did this as part of our honeymoon trip and are so glad we did!
