The Great Ocean Road tour is a very long drive (almost too long). We booked a private tour for my family of 7. The tour guide showed up in an old minivan that was not really big enough for our family to be comfortable. Plus, the minivan was loud and the seats were not firm. We spent almost 12 hrs driving around cramped up and uncomfortable.

Trip with Great Ocean Road with Escape Melbourne tours was the random decision we made but it was the best decision. The whole trip was GREAT. Our tour guide, Jignesh, was very friendly, he explained to us anything we would ask, and took us to all planned and even an unplanned location to see the beautiful sunset view! The Kia Carnival was a comfortable and spacious car with A/C; I found that the private tour much more fun then the group tour, as you can make your own time at every stop; Jignesh made plenty of stops during the day for snacks, coffee, and bathroom breaks. Sandwiches and fruits were provided for lunch. The views we had during the entire trip were breathtaking! Melbourne weather can be tricky: bring a windbreaker jacket. Definitely wear comfortable shoes and don't forget your sunglasses and hat. I'd 100% recommend this Day Trip to anyone with Escape Melbourne tours. Thanks Jignesh for your amazing service throughout the trip.

We cannot recommend the Escape Melbourne Tours highly enough. Our wonderful guide JP was a joy to spend time with. His knowledge of the tour, communication level, and attitude is very extensive, and moreover JP customized the trip as we requested. He waited without any hesitation at each stop even we came late back (most of the spots haa haa). His speech on anything was engaging and we came away from the tour with so much interesting conversation while we were driving. We wish JP could be our tour guide everywhere we go! Thank you so much for making our Family Trip to Great Ocean Road such a joy and memorable.
