This was one of my favorite tours. By doing the reverse tour we missed a lot of the crowds. Jimmy Chan, our guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the tour.

A small group makes for a more personalized experience, and the reverse itinerary helps avoid the crowds. Our tour guide Patric was knowledgeable, welcoming and simply amazing. Besides taking us to all the planned spots along the way, he also helped us spot koala and roos, and patiently answered all our questions. I highly recommend this tour.

Lovely day seeing sights on the Great Ocean Road with Glen, who was a kind and wonderful guide. Views of the Twelve Apostles and Razorback were highlights, along with seeing koalas and kangaroos in the wild. There was a fire a couple of months ago, and our guide shared that the Kennett River is not presently open. The Great Ocean Road winds through the cliffs, so if prone to motion sickness, it may be helpful to bring some medication.

It was absolutely fantastic and amazing! Our guide, Ann, was a legend at giving us great commentary and information along the drive. We lucked out when I went out where the weather was spot on throughout the journey. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting a road trip with views and an amazing guide to boot (Ann 😆). Got to see Koalas, Kangaroos and a couple of birds along the way. It was just amazing and breath taking. The minivan was comfortable and clean. The spots for a pitstop for food and toilet break were pretty good too. 15/10 if it were up to me! Definitely worth the price!

We had an incredible time on the Great Ocean Road Reverse Itinerary tour with Hit The Road Tours, and a massive shoutout goes to our guide, **Jimmy Chan**! Jimmy was fantastic from start to finish—incredibly entertaining, full of energy, and deeply knowledgeable about the history and geography of the area. What really set him apart was his sharp eye for local wildlife. He knew exactly where the wild koalas would be hanging out, and he even managed to spot a kookaburra for us! It was my very first time seeing one in the wild, and Jimmy went out of his way to help us get a great picture of it. Throughout the day, he looked after the entire group exceptionally well, keeping us organized, comfortable, and thoroughly amused. The reverse itinerary is definitely the way to go to beat the crowds, but it was Jimmy’s passion and hospitality that made the day truly memorable. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Jimmy as your guide, you’re in for a treat! Thanks for a great time, Jimmy!

We had the best time with our tour guide Jimmy! Jimmy is a true professional - he thought through and curated every aspect of the tour from the music to the historic facts and narration. We were able to see multiple koalas and an entire field of kangaroos in addition to the beautiful sites along the Great Ocean Road. Jimmy takes pride in his tour and shows a lot of care for his group. His passion and positivity were present all day long. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience, our guide Glenn took good care of everyone, very knowledgeable and friendly. Apart from the amazing view of great ocean road, we were also able to see some koalas and kangaroos in the wild, very unique experience. The van is also rather comfortable, Glenn also tried to drive as stable as he could, so no complaints.

From beginning to end this was one if not the best things we did in and around Melbourne. Mark the guide was the best! He was professional, friendly genuinely passionate about what he was sharing and handled the small group well getting everyone to the next place in a timely manner without it seeming rushed. The scenery was beautiful and the places we stopped fantastic.A great breakfast stop with delicious food and coffee as well as lunch at Apollo bay and the most wonderful ice cream and chocolate shop. One of the highlights was seeing the wildlife up close including a koala walking along a track towards us as well as the friendly group we did the tour with. Thanks Mark you did a fantastic job on what was a long days driving but 100% worth every bit of money and time spent.
