  This full day experience was amazing!! I saw incredible ocean views and rock formations,, towering cliffs, a rainforest, kangaroos in the wild, parrots and cockatoos and even a koala! A wonderful added bonus that I took advantage of was the opportunity of a helicopter ride over the 12 apostles rock formation, which I would highly recommend (different vendor, additional price of course.)   Avoid this tour at all costs. The busses are extremely small and uncomfortable. I’m 5’4 and stuck above a wheel well with my knees jammed into the seat in front of me. It’s twenty minutes in and my legs are numb and I have to sit like this for twelve hours. When I contacted suport they basically told me to write a bad review instead of offering help. If you care about your comfort and don’t want to be in pain and sardined for twelve hours go with a different company.

  The tour along the Great Ocean Road was an amazing day long trip, which started (and ended with) with hotel pickup. The small group tour of 24 people was broken up during the day with just the right amount of stops to see points of interest along the way and even included a mid morning al fresco tea break. Jools was an excellent guide - knowledgeable, experienced, funny and very helpful. She made every effort to ensure that everyone had an amazing experience. This was our third trip in 3 days with Go West Tours and every aspect of all the tours was perfect. Excellent communication and no surprises Would highly recommend this tour and Go West Tours.

  I joined a few local tours in Melbourne and Sydney. Tim was the best of tour guides on my Australia trip. Not only, he followed all the stops, but he explained all around in his country. We saw a koala bear in a distance, we met some kangaroos in an open field, and I had a King Parrot on my shoulder and head. Thanks Jim. This is my first trip in Australia. I had a wonderful time, and I give you 10 out of 10. Job Well Done.

  We were with Jools and Gumnut, it was the most amazing tour and Jools was really professional and friendly. The places we visited were all really good and Jools had a very good Knowledge about all these places

  This was my short trip to Australia and my first Great Ocean Road experience. Jools and Gumnut, our guide and driver, made the entire journey truly memorable. Her timely wit, warm personality, and engaging interaction turned what could have been a quiet trip into an absolutely fantastic one. I sincerely appreciate her efforts in making this a one-day trip I will always remember. I hope to do the same trip again with my family—with Jools and Gumnut leading the way.

  We were picked up near our hotel. Jools our tour guide was very funny and together with gumnut we were able to see koalas, kangaroos and the beautiful ocean road. Jools made an extra effort to show the koalas and kangaroos even though its not on the itinerary.

  Jools (and Gumnut) were fantastic as driver / guide. She offered little snacks and drinks when she didn't have to and generally allowed adequate time for each stop / attraction. Most importantly, she took the time to stop by a pointed out a wild koala and a mob of wild kangaroosand allowed us to take all our photos.
