  We went on this tour with family while we were visiting Melbourne over Christmas/ NY 25/26. Our tour guide was Peter who was brilliant. He was pleasant, entertaining and gave a great narration along the way. Nothing was too much trouble, even when he had to go in search for a couple of our group who were late back to the bus! I can definitely recommend this tour, and if you are lucky you might get Peter as your guide too :-)

  Jacques was the best driver & tour guide! She was so upbeat, full of great stories, entertained us and went out of her way to make it a comfortable and fun journey. We Enjoyed all the sites & would recommend it to everyone. It is a long day, but it was well worth it.

  Our driver and guide, Matt, was very kind and professional. He drove smoothly, shared travel information responsibly, and managed the timing of the itinerary well. We followed a reverse route for the tour, which we thought was a great idea — there were fewer crowds at the attractions, and the lighting was perfect for taking photos. While the guide was good, the bus itself was not very comfortable. The seats were too narrow, and there was no luggage rack for personal bags, so we had to keep our bags on our laps for the entire journey. This made it difficult to move our bodies and legs comfortably. It would be much better if the bus conditions could be improved.

  We had an amazing experience on the Great Ocean Road small group tour, and every single stop was wonderful. The scenic views along the coast were breathtaking, and the rainforest walk with the incredible fern trees felt almost magical. Seeing a koala in the wild was such a special moment! Lucy was hands down the best guide we have ever had – knowledgeable, passionate, funny, and genuinely caring about everyone in the group. She made the day flow perfectly and shared so many interesting stories along the way. A huge highlight was the helicopter flight over the Twelve Apostles – highly, highly recommended! Seeing the coastline from above was absolutely spectacular and worth every cent. If you’re thinking about doing the Great Ocean Road, do it with Lucy. You won’t regret it!

  We had a great day under Lucy’s informative and fun guidance. She took the time to get to know each of us by name and interest which made the trip very engaging. She even helped us plan the rest of our week here with personalized suggestions. We saw many beautiful spots and animals. The bus was comfortable and we had an entertaining group of fellow travelers.   Our tour guide Lucy was amazing and provided snacks + refreshments alongside lots of knowledge about the Great Ocean Road. She really made the trip that much more enjoyable and memorable.

  What a fun filled day! There were so many beautiful stops along our journey. The twelve apostles and gorge were the highlight of the trip. This is something you absolutely need to see in person! We would like to thank our tour guide Cloe for a memorable day.
