  This was a wonderful tour with Raquel, who is the best tour guide ever!! She’s very interesting and very informative!! A long day, but there is so much to see and lots of stops and cool walks! It flew by! Tip: if there is an option to sit at the front beside her, do that! Best seat on the bus, for sure :)

  We had an incredible day on the Great Ocean Road Small Group Tour with Lucy—an absolute highlight of our time in Melbourne. The experience was seamless from hotel pickup to drop-off, and the itinerary was perfectly planned. Our day began in Torquay, a charming surf town with beautiful beaches and a lovely morning tea. Along the scenic drive, we stopped at the iconic Memorial Arch at Eastern View for a quick photo opportunity. We enjoyed a relaxing lunch in Apollo Bay before heading into the lush Otway Ranges for a peaceful rainforest walk at Maits Rest. The grand finale at Port Campbell National Park was unforgettable. Seeing Loch Ard Gorge, Gibson Steps, and the stunning Twelve Apostles was truly breathtaking. We were given the opportunity to see the 12 Apostles from a helicopter (extra fee). It was the highlight of the day! We highly recommend this tour and be sure to request Lucy!

  At first, I thought a full day tour would be tough, but it was a very fulfilling day, never boring. I think it was because of the high hospitality and knowledge of our guide Michael. I would definitely recommend it.

  I have a good time with Aleks during the Great Ocean Road Eco Tour from Melbourne. She shared a lot stores and information about every stop! Highly recommend Go West Tours!

  What a trip - it was an amazing day , beautiful sunny weather with Aleks as our Guide for the day , she was gorgeous, well versed with her knowledge about the tour, great communication skills , very warm , help us take some lovely pictures too, she was humorous , the bus was clean , comfortable , we felt safe through the trip , it was worth the value.We got clear instructions from her , we were lucky to spot a koalas , echidna and also sight some kangaroos.We had some good food as well on the way.She came across as a gorgeous and friendly guide - highly recommended.

  Michael brought so much optimism, positivity ans also fun in the trip. He was punctual, explaining history of each landmarks eloquently, and ensured everyone felt calm, safe, and had fun. I would highly recommend Michael as a tourguide for this trip!
