  I joined this Great Ocean Road tour during my solo trip in Melbourne, and it was absolutely wonderful. The sightseeing spots were so beautiful, especially the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, and the rainforest walk. The weather today was rainy all day, which made the drive more challenging, but Alisha 😍 our guide, absolutely nailed it. She drove safely, handled everything so well, and always made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. A big thank you to our guide, Alisha. She was so kind, informative, and always took great care of everyone in the group. She handled everything with such a positive attitude and energy, which made the whole trip even better. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit the Great Ocean Road. Thank you again, Alisha, for making my day in Melbourne so memorable.   Fully recommend the Great Ocean Road day tour with guide Sherif! The overall experience was fantastic. Sherif is very professional. He gave detailed and vivid introductions about the history, coastal landforms and stories of towns along the way, making the whole journey never boring. The itinerary was well arranged with a relaxed pace — not too rushed nor too slow. All classic scenic spots were covered, with plenty of free time to sightsee and enjoy the views. The drive was smooth and safe. There was no forced shopping or hidden charges at all, totally pure sightseeing. The whole trip was relaxing and hassle-free. If you’re visiting Melbourne, choosing Sherif’s tour is definitely a great decision!

  This was an amazing tour that exceeded our expectations. The driver/tour guide, David N from Go West Tours was fantastic. David is a very safe driver, has great local knowledge, was very friendly, asked at every stop if everyone was okay or needed anything, suggested a variety of venues for meals & you could tell he loves his job. The different stops were very beautiful. We saw koalas & kangaroos, walking through the rainforest was beautiful & David’s commentary was very informative, the little towns we stopped at were lovely but the highlight was the 12 Apostles. We did not know it was possible to fly over them, but David organised for us to take a helicopter flight along the coastline over the Apostles, which was amazing.   The tour was great offering multiple pick up spots which was very convenient, the ocean road and all the stops along the way was sufficient time for us to get some pictures and take the view in. My guide was Bluey and I could not recommend him enough - knew his stuff, gave us fun history lessons and stories and BONUS POINTS for the restaurant/cafes recommendations from him.

  We had an amazing experience on the Great Ocean Drive, and a big part of that was thanks to Jools, our tour guide for the day. Jools genuinely took great care of the group, making sure everyone was comfortable, engaged, and enjoying the journey. What really stood out was the effort to take a few thoughtful detours along the way, giving us the chance to spot wildlife we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Those moments made the trip feel much more special and memorable. Jools was also incredibly patient throughout the day, never rushing us and always allowing plenty of time at each stop—whether it was for meals or simply soaking in the stunning lookout points. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and well-paced. Overall, a fantastic guide who clearly cares about delivering a great experience. Highly recommend!

  I would highly recommend this tour if you only have one day to see The Great Ocean Road. We stopped several times and got to see the highlights including The Twelve Apostles, Lord Ard Gorg, koalas at Kennet River, rainforest walk and a couple of seaside towns and many viewpoints.   Found this gem while exploring Peniche. The Tuna Chamusas were a great twist for a starter! We had the Grilled Pork Lagartos and they were incredibly flavorful. Friendly staff and a very clean, modern atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

• A good eco/ethical tour

  I picked the perfect tour for me. Although the van was full, there were only about 24 of us. There was no touching, feeding or captivity of wildlife, so I felt it was an eco/ethical tour. And we DID spot koalas in the wild, a true highlight for me. We also saw lots of bird life and had a gorgeous walk in the rainforest. The Apostles at sunset was beautiful and not crowded at all. I liked our meal stops, one beach town, one old fashioned small town. Our guide, Mark, was a skillful driver, a good storyteller, and a treasure of knowledge. We all really enjoyed him and appreciated all he did for us.
