  I had Simon H and while he was nice, he was a horrible tour guide. First, it was raining and he said 7 times that we picked a great day for the great ocean rd (and was being sarcastic obviously). When u pay $100 and have a 14 hour tour, you DO NOT want to be reminded that it’s a horrible day for it, especially when I tried to reschedule it and they wouldn’t let me. Then, the entire 14 hour day, not one fact about the stuff we were seeing like the apostles. Another girl and I were googling facts on the way home for other guests since we learned absolutely nothing from Simon. We learned koalas aren’t bears and about onshore winds for surfers and that’s it. VERY disappointed. They also took us to a city called Colac for dinner (google it). The nastiest random city on the side of the rd and we bought our own dinner from a random noodle shop. Why would they ever stop in such a gross city!? I get that there’s not much food, but just get us back so we can do dinner in Melbourne on our own. The worst part was when we finally did get to the 12 apostles, he only gave us an hour so it wasn’t enough time to see the Gibson steps and the 12 apostle view. We were all LIVID about that. We spent $100 and 14 hours on a bus to NOT get to see both sites. He did not know what he was doing and spent more time in random places like the Colac noodle shop (also a full hour spent there). Pretty sure everyone would have loved an extra 30 at the apostles and only 30 at the graffiti nasty noodle shop. Very disappointed and pissed that now I will have to come back to Australia to do the Gibson steps. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

• A day of fun road trip

  This was an amazing road trip with Beautiful Scenery! Our tour guide Jono made the long trip incredibly fun, enthusiastic and informative!! He explained everything just right!! Not too long, not too little! The 12 apostles were breathtaking! We loved the little towns, port campbell and The rainforest! So worth the drive! Thank you so much Jono! You did an awesome job!
