An Excellent Tour of The Coast

Tremendous variety in experiences and breath taking sights. We went in late April and were viewing well past dusk. In addition to stops on the coast we had a stroll through Mait's Rest, a rain forest different than any others I'd seen. We did get to see kangaroos and koalas in the wild, which was very special. The twelve apostles at dusk were amazing. Our driver and guide, James C., was very knowledgeable about the history associated with the area and the stops. Complimentary tea and cakes were a good hold over until lunch in Apollo. Plenty of choices beyond fast food. The dinner stop was primarily one of convenience and mostly fast food option's. The left side of the bus is the coast side heading out and might be just a little better for viewing though folks seated on the right seemed to enjoy the trip just as much. It's not a bad idea to bring some waters with you, and maybe some snacks as well to tide you over between meal stops. Overall a great experience at a very reasonable cost.

Rhys, our tour guide was amazing. The entire tour was very well planned. Stunning views, good rest stops and an incredible experience. We did the scenic helicopter ride over the 12 Apostles and I highly recommend it!

Our guide, Rhys, was very knowledgeable, organized and had a great sense of humor. He was amazing! The hike through the rain forest was a highlight and we liked it as much as the 12 apostles. A trip worth taking with Go West tours.

Israel was an excellent tour guide, driver and dj. His insights, conversation and fantastic playlist made the super long day most enjoyable. The Great Ocean Road is incredible and well worth your time. So glad I chose to take this tour. Well done Israel.
