  Excellent trip! We enjoyed the splendid views, the short walks, and the eucalyptus forest. The Great Ocean Road is a long drive, narrow and winding, so we are glad we took an organized tour. The bus was not the latest model but comfy enough. The included morning coffee was simple: instant coffee and muffin outdoors. Our guide Jono is an expert in spotting wildlife, so we saw a wild koala and wild kangaroos too. Thank you!

  Unlike other Viator trip providers, Go West does not contact traveller about pickup the day before the trip. This increase the anxiety during our early morning pickup at a location we are not too familiar with and waited for 10 minutes post the pickup time identified on the instruction.

  A fantastic trip made all the better by the tour guide, Dave. His excellent local knowledge added to the experience. Dave broke down the 12 hour journey into bite size chunks and really took care of the whole group. Our favourite stop was the rainforest. Dave lead us through a loop of the beautiful rainforest and gave a detailed guide of all the flora and fauna (and even offered to take pictures of us!) On the way back Dave was able to drop us off at a convenient location too earning bonus points! My only criticism is that the bus itself had nowhere to store bags and that the heating came through a vent in the floor which was always too hot.

  An unforgettable day along the Great Ocean Road. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and seeing the Twelve Apostles is something special. What made it even better was how easy and relaxed the whole experience felt—no stress, just the chance to take it all in. Mel was a brilliant host: warm, knowledgeable, and great at bringing the group together. It was also lovely meeting such friendly fellow travellers along the way. A perfect way to experience this iconic stretch of coastline without any of the hassle. Highly recommend!

  Amazing tour from start to finish! Cloe was an outstanding guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to everyone in the group. It’s a long day, but there’s so much to see and learn that it never felt like 14 hours. The Great Ocean Road was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views at every stop. Cloe was also a fantastic driver and kept the energy up with an awesome playlist throughout the day. She handled the group effortlessly, always with enthusiasm, and shared great food recommendations both during the tour and for places to check out in Melbourne afterward.
