Rhys is an amazing tour guide and he was an absolute delight! He was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, organized and funny. We learned a lot and saw beautiful sights. The 12 apostles and the Loch Ard Gorge were magnificent. The nature walk through the temperate rainforest was very interesting and Rhys did a great job explaining the plants, fungi etc. We didn’t have the best weather but it didn’t matter because we were dressed appropriately.

Thank you so much Aleks! Though the tour was quite long and it looked like there wil be an overcast the whole day, it was quite enjoyable. I didn’t know many of the songs played on the bus but we had great storyteller, and the weather eventually turned sunny. The schedule was tight as it is quite far but there were many beautiful sites to see! I say we had a great day.

We had an incredible experience with Go West on the Great Ocean Road. Our guide, Alisha, was simply exceptional: she was a guide, driver, photographer, and "animal spotter," always attentive to every detail and ensuring we didn't miss anything. Thanks to her, the day was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the activities and stops along the way. Her energy, knowledge, and dedication made all the difference. Without a doubt, a highly recommended experience that we will repeat if we return. Thank you, Alisha!

Easy to book, great information beforehand, Description of the tour met expectation of the actual tour. Alisha was a great guide!! Awesome insights lovely person, she talked with wveryone on the bus and gave great tips. Made awesome photos and had a great music selction. I did the tour alone but the tour was nicely paced the bus air conditions and I felt very well taken care of. Can only recommend this tour and any other tour by go west! If you have Alicia you will have a great time !! 100 stars!!
