The driver was great and connected to us and we got to know each other as we learn about each landmark. He supplied us with food such as chocolates and doritos which was great. He gave us many stops to relax and stretch our legs. Also, he gave us many stops to use the restroom which was awesome.

Mike our guide and driver was fantastic. He made everyone in the group feel comfortable and paced the entire trip perfectly. From the start great on communication, clear and concise. Paid attention to everyone and eyes on the road. Highly recommend him!!!

Received texts from the tour group confirming pickup the night before, including vehicle registration. Nice Mercedes Van arrived early driven by Mike. After all pickups we headed out. Mike explained the general plan for the day. Coffee and rest breaks were good. The vehicle was very comfortable. The coastal views are spectacular, and the 12 Apostles are beautiful. The other stops such as the Loch and rainforest show the diversity of the country. Mike knows the area well and guided us with information and assistance. Apollo Bay has many good lunch options and enough time to enjoy your food. We stopped in the countryside to view Koalas and again for Kangaroos. This is a good way to experience the Melbourne surroundings and learn about the Great Ocean Road.

Communication from the tour operator was just as advertised. We received a message the night before giving the exact pick up time and vehicle ID. Lovely Mercedes van showed up about 5 minutes early and we boarded. Mike the driver/guide introduced himself, and we were off. Very comfortable seats with USB ports, onboard additional water and a few snacks during the ride. The scenery is spectacular with stops at 12 Apostles, Loch Ard, the Rainforest. Lunch on our own in Apollo Bay. Mike stopped at known Koalas hang out, and Kangaroos grazing area. We of course stopped at the Great Ocean Road Arch, after Mike had given us a short history lesson about it. This is an opportunity to see some of the local countryside, so I highly recommend it.

Yes it is a long day, but well worth it. Seeing the Apostles, Apollo Bay, Lorne and touring the Great Ocean Road in a luxury van, being guided by a knowledgeable driver made the experience remarkable. Food stops allow you to enjoy the local cuisine.

One of the best coastal drives I've ever experienced. Very cold tho and some sun in some spots. Rug right up and take a poncho or umbrella. Highly recommend, it is a whole day thing so be prepared to be picked up early and be home late ish The landscapes are spectacular and unforgettable ✨️

The Great Ocean Road luxury tour was wonderful. Mike our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Did the reverse tour and enjoyed seeing the Apostles first up, then meandering to Apollo Bay, Lorne and amazing chocolate before coming home. Highly recommend. Took my 16yo daughter.

Vehicles are clean, the driver and tour guide Melvin, on the way to the timely explanation of some historical or local conditions, also encourage the exchange of knowledge between visitors from different countries, but also careful care of the travellers. Lucky to be able to see a tailless bear and kangaroo,👍👍👍

Nice tour to visiting Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard George from Melbourne instead of self-drive. And we are excited to spot a few koalas and kangaroos during our trip
