An excellent day out to the coast and to the rain forest. Peter the driver was brilliant and provided excellent historical information on the way and was also flexible in our options at various stages. He also had a friendly and relaxed manner. The full day trip did not drag on and felt just like a good out length wise. Highly recommend the trip.

The entire trip felt very rushed, and unfortunately the driving made the experience feel unsafe. At one point, we nearly had a head-on collision with a semi-truck when the driver crossed into the opposite lane while pointing at the volcano from the highway. The entire bus screamed and was extremely shaken. There were several other moments that showed very poor judgment, including crossing solid lines and making unsafe overtaking maneuvers. It felt reckless at times, and it seriously affected our ability to enjoy the trip. We’ve been traveling around Australia and New Zealand for several weeks and have done multiple bus and car excursions, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. If safety matters to you, I would strongly recommend choosing another company. That said, the itinerary itself was good, and the scenery was beautiful. We were also very lucky with the weather, which helped make the views even better.

Tour was great, and Peter was an excellent guide and driver. The reverse tour is great to avoid the long cues and crowds.

I have went to the Great Ocean Road tour before in 2017 but the normal way. So this time, I went with the reverse tour and I must say, it’s different going the other way around. Shoutout to our guide Peter. I was seated beside the driver seat and I had a nice chat with him along the way. He took care of our group the whole tour and told some history of the Great Ocean Road, Melbourne, and Australia.

We had a great experience. Peter, our tour guide, was fantastic. He knew a lot of historical facts and was a very good driver. We did the route in reverse and ended with the Great Ocean Road. Because of that, we arrived at each stop before the large crowds, which allowed us to take plenty of photos without other people in them. I highly recommend Peter as your tour guide—he was fantastic.

Punctual pick up and drop off, through perfect planning by the guide/driver. John is knowledgeable and kept the tour enjoyable with little nuggets of information. The journey was well paced. It helped that the weather was beautiful for the drive.
