This tour includes some of the most breathtaking sites of Armenia in southeastern direction. The first stop will be in the old village Areni, where a 6000-year-old winery was found. You will enjoy here wine tasting and a tour around "Hin Areni" factory. Further on the route there comes a flight on the longest reversible cableway in the World – "Wings of Tatev" and a visit of the unique Tatev monastery complex. Yet another impressive stop will be at Khndzoresk cave city, where the bravests can walk along the swinging bridge in search of adrenaline.

Hin Areni Winery

Vayots Dzor and Areni village in particular has been the cradle of Armenian winemaking for millennia. "Hin Areni" wine factory opens up the doors of this region to the world to showcase the historic and indigenous Armenian grape varietals. At the winery the historic traditions of winemaking are well combined with state-of-the-art modern equipment. "Hin Areni" wine factory has the capacity to process over 250 tonnes of grapes.

A lot of the most wonderful experiences. The shining Ararat, the rainbow over the waterfall, the grey Tatev, the fog lining the road, the dizzying serpentine and, finally, the delightful flight on Tatev's wings - all accompanied by the very best guide, Ike, and the master driver, Lavon.

Must take this tour- best experience of my life! I can’t explain how magical Tatev is- one of my favorite places in the whole wide world! Great trip! Good bus, very informative guide Edward, and excellent driver Arshot. Really enjoyed it! The short hike thru the caves in Goris was a memorable experience.

We went on a field trip with guide Edward and driver Aro. Even though the road to Tatev is long, our beautiful guide kept us busy, accompanying the whole trip with interesting comments. And of course, Tatev himself and the cable car are very impressive

Both the tour guide Anush and the driver Karen are people oriented , helpful, reliable. Their hospitality makes our trip memorable. Hike and Lavon are real professionals! The tour was well organized: the transfer from Yerevan took about two hours along the picturesque road. The guide told interesting facts about the history of the region, helped guide and created a friendly atmosphere.

What an incredible day we had! We saw so much today. It was a very long day starting at 8.30am and back at the office at midnight. A huge thank you to our guide Marina and our driver Garen for putting in the extra time to make sure we weren't rushed. We even stopped an extra 1/2 hr for a drink, some chocolates and a group photo. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful day and didn't miss seeing anything.
