Khor Virap
Khor Virap is the most famous pilgrimage site in Armenia, as it is directly connected with the adoption of Christianity. As a state religion, Christianity in Armenia was adopted in 301 due to endeavors of Saint Gregory The Illuminator, who, before converting King Trdat The 3rd to Christianity, was imprisoned in the dungeon, over which a church of Khor Virap monastery was built in the 17th century. From the monastery one can admire the stunning view of the Biblical Mount Ararat.

I would like to thank you for all the services Hyur provided during our stay in Armenia. The accommodation, all tours, and transportation — everything worked perfectly, which is not so common. Even the mighty mountain of Ararat showed us the prettiest way possible.

We had a tour of the Tatevsky Monastery, everything was very cool. And the band is cool. We were clear on the timings, the timings are well chosen, just in time to watch, and go out and listen and not get bored. It's cool that there was water on the bus, it's very important, and the internet. We had a great guide and driver, Marina and Lavon. The driver was driving great, everything was safe and confident, Marina said very interesting things, although I don't like to listen to tours, but here I listened, it was interesting. There was a lovely lunch where even singles like me could meet the tour participants and have a nice chat and drink. Everything was very nice, I'll recommend it to everyone. By the way, I found out about you because a friend recommended you)

This was my third tour from Yur-service. As always, everything is organized at the highest level! Guide Marina told interesting, informative stories. The guest house we were brought to for lunch was pleased with the choice of dishes and a small tasting of wines of our own making. Special thanks to Lavon's driver. Despite the difficult road, in some places there was thick fog (or just driving in the clouds) Lavon never left a sense of humor that added positive emotion to this tour. As a reward for our discipline, we were taken to a stunning photo location. It's breathtaking out there.

We had a wonderful day! The driver Levon drove very well and safely. Our guide Marina told us a lot about the history of Armenia. Her exciting manner and whiteness has brought history to life. She did a great job. This ride is a highlight and worth every cent!

I have travelled a lot in many beautiful countries but Armenia has left me speechless. Today, thanks to Hyur organization, I have visited three of the most beautiful Armenia monasteries such as Tatev! The guide Karen is one of the best I have ever met for his passion, rich knowledge of history and arts, his competences and his kindness. He has even sang a psalm for us! Amazing! Moreover, the landscapes I could admire were more than wonderful! Magic, I should say! Thanks to the great driver Khachatur who has successfully gone through a snow store! 10 stars and many emotions!
