On this 9-10-hour tour visit Lake Sevan, pearl of this mountainous country and one of the largest freshwater high-altitude lakes in Eurasia. You will also visit Sevanavank, a monastery complex on Sevan peninsula. Currently a religious seminary functions here, which is not readily open to the public, the peninsula can be named the very point from where the whole beauty of the Lake Sevan is seen. You will then have a short stop in Dilijan town, otherwise referred to as "Armenian Switzerland" for its fantastic natural forests. The town is a part of Dilijan National Park. The next stop is Haghartsin, a 10th century monastery which has been recently renovated by donation of Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qassimi, the Ruler of Sharjah, who was impressed by the monastery when visited it. Lake Sevan
The fascination and the "pearl" of mountainous Armenia is Lake Sevan, which is one of the world's greatest high altitude fresh-water lakes. It is about 1900 m above sea level. The lake is of volcanic origin and is surrounded with mountains of 3000 m and higher. The beautiful landscape and the crystal water serve nice preconditions for excellent rest. The lake is also famous for its peninsula and medieval church complex, built in 874.

The tour was very interesting and I learned a lot during it. Hayk, the guide, and Spartak, the driver, made sure we traveled safely on the bus and saw as much as possible. Hayk was very well organized, making sure we were on time everywhere. He had a wealth of knowledge that he shared with us in an engaging way. Thank you for the tour. If I visit Armenia again, I will definitely take advantage of your tour.

Our guide Karen explained us everything in detail and was patient with everyone. Also I would like to mention our Bus Driver Aro he drove the bus smoothly and is a very safe Driver.

The tour was very nice and interesting. The Marina guide explained many things about the places we were seeing and was very helpful in answering all kinds of questions. The driver Ara was also very good. On the van there was also wifi, water and very good typical sweets. The restaurant where they took us was also very welcome, with local dishes and a very welcoming atmosphere. I recommend the tour 100%

The front desk sister was patient and helpful, the bus was clean and tidy and the driver Aro was fast and steady. The guide marina has a very comprehensive understanding of Armenia's religious history and bilingual instruction (English and Russian) has helped us to get a good idea of the stories behind each monastery. The itinerary is also appropriate. Bottled drinking water and small biscuits were on board, and lunch was delicious, with a vegetarian/roast chicken/trout option as the main course for the day, and a vegetable and cheese fruit bread drink for those at the table to share. The overall feeling is very professional and is the perfect choice for everyone to travel to Armenia!

It was a perfect day, beautiful places and impeccable organization. We had enough time for each stop, even to take pictures and relax. Marina is an exceptional guide, explains everything in detail and is very kind! By the way the tour was in English and Russian and she was able to communicate perfectly in both languages. Great lunch! Highly recommended tour
