What To Expect

Our Dolphin Exploration Tours last approximately two hours and will take you from Clearwater Bay out Clearwater Pass on the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico (weather permitting) in search of the Sun Coast’s favorite…the Bottlenose Dolphin. In addition to offering Guaranteed Dolphin Sightings, your Captain will highlight some fascinating facts about the natural wonders our Gulf Coast offers as well as point out celebrity mansions along the way. The tour offers something for everyone, including educational information on our area and our wildlife, and optional drink upgrades including unlimited beer and soft drinks for the adults! Just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride! We ask that all guests check in to our booth 45 minutes prior to tour departure time. We begin boarding our tours 15 minutes prior to departure and always leave on time. We cannot wait for anyone who isn't there by departure time. The Guarantee: In the unlikely event we do not see dolphins during the tour, you will be able to take another dolphin tour free of charge at a later time. Drink packages purchased during the original tour are not refundable and do not apply to your next dolphin tour.

Boat ride was great! Host was very informative about the local area and we saw SO many dolphins! Our 3 year old enjoyed herself, just be aware that they don’t allow strollers on board. However we just tucked our 4 month old in his car seat where he could still be shaded. Would highly recommend!

Yes we saw dolphins! Which was a wonder, the music on the boat was loud and Brad therefore was almost shouting. While we were in search of wildlife…!!! After I mentioned this, the music was put a tad down but still loud. The reason for all that noise, beats me. I have done several trips like this in Europe, Canada, Mexico…. There was never music. If Brad understood that dolphins use frequency to communicate, he really would know something about those wonderful animals, and avoid all noise as much as possible.

Nice easy cruise to see boats, they go in tandem with the yellow speed boat and can see dolphins jumping behind the other boat. Also includes a nice tour of the Bay area as well

This is a boat that has an upstairs and main cabin. They serve Beer upstairs and mixed drinks below. You can bring your own snacks And water onboard.

Awesome experience as always, we have been doing this tour for about 4 years now and we will always do Tropics, we live the crew and the experience from check in to deboarding was amazing. We would definitely recommend and we will be back for sure.
