It was amazing! The tour exceeded out expectations! The captain and Macy were awesome. They provided great information and the captain made sure we saw as much as possible and stayed in one area so everyone could see and take pictures.

Your Captain and Tour Guide are very knowledgeable and pleasant. We actually were running late because we had a large party. None the less, contact was made and they guided us to get to them as quickly as possible. We definitely saw whales! And sea lions. We learned a lot and could ask anything we wanted! It was very cold! Be prepared.

I read so many reviews on where and what port to see whales in and this ended up being my decision. The boat was nice and the man and young lady were equally as nice. The only problem was, we only saw two humpback whales. While heading back, the captain decided to look at another area saying we could see orcas there. We did get lucky and saw five orcas we followed about a mile. Thank goodness we saw pods of whales and their young coming in on our cruise sea day. Excited about the orcas. Disappointed on the humpbacks.

When Viator emails the tickets for an tour in Hookah,AK, they are emailed to a phone which has NO INTERNET IN HOOKAH. This was a very bad situation. The tour operators in Hookah, AK all know this. Apparently, Viator does not, since it happens so frequently that the tour operators on site told us this was a common occurrence as we frantically tried to find the unnamed operator for our tour.
