We start in front of the Historium on the market of Bruges.

The port of Zeebrugge is 17 km from the Point of Sale of Bruges, about 25 to 35 minutes by taxi or shuttle bus.
The station is a 20-minute walk from Bruges Point of Sale. There are also taxis and vans. available
What To Expect
The Markt
The belfry is the most important building on the Grote Markt. This square is surrounded by guild houses with an ancient history.
Basilica of the Holy Blood
The Basilica of the Holy Blood has an impressive facade with gold-colored statues. You reach the upper chapel in neo-Gothic style via a special staircase. There is also an elevator. You don't want to miss this! The lower chapel is completely different. It surprises with the thick walls, small windows and the unique atmosphere. The centuries-old town hall is located on the same square. This building with the slender towers is an absolute eye-catcher. Here the guide will tell you about the statues and coats of arms.

5.00Ric was an exceptional guide with much knowledge of history told in an engaging way. Boat ride was fun and a nice 30 minute break from walking and standing. We were treated to chocolates and a cold beverage along the way also which was a pleasant surprise.

4.00It was a very good way of sampling Brugge and learning facts we wouldn’t have known. Our tour guide Fabienne was very knowledgeable and a real character! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is there was no wireless vox provided.
