What To Expect
Our company takes you on an unprecedented morning quest: the observation of dolphins in their natural habitat, the Tamarin Bay. The morning offers perfect conditions for having the chance to observe the two fabulous marine mammals: the spinner dolphin (Stenella longirostris) and the bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus), which often take refuge in the bay at night in order to mate and feed. Embark with your guide on the kayaks to discover in a responsible and respectful way the dolphins of Mauritius. This 2-hour adventure is open to everyone and does not require any previous experience with kayaks. It is important to note that we cannot guarantee with certainty the presence of dolphins. These are sometimes off the coast, inaccessible by kayak. An alternative route will then be proposed to discover the Tamarind River and its wildlife.

5.00The guided kayak tour with Yudish was super fun and really beautiful. We were lucky to see a dolphin and afterwards explored the river, which was very peaceful. Yudish always had the perfect song for every situation — such a great vibe!

5.00We booked a kayaking with dolphins trip the day after we hiked Le Morne. We were super happy that yudish was our guide again as we is awesome. The kayaking was great and after watching one dolphin we continued to the river. Yudish gave us lots of information about the area as well and it was a really great tour. We only saw one dolphin but we really liked that we kept a distance and waited for the dolphin to approach. Not like other operators that don t respect their space.

5.00Spontaneously booked the guided kayak tour from Yanature via Tridpadvisor. Great experience! Were traveling as a small group of 4 kayaks. Was very straightforward. Theó, our guide from Yanature, was very friendly & led the tour very well. We were lucky and were able to watch a group of spinner dolphins. The kayaks are definitely the quieter variant to watch dolphins (around us were many boats, some of which changed position very often & quickly). Mega experience, would book the tour again immediately!

5.00Beautiful Kayaking trip on the sea, surrounded by dolphins and accompanied by Jeremie, a super nice guide and who taught us a lot about dolphins! In addition, it is an eco-responsible activity so no guilt in relation to respect for the sea and animals.

5.00We booked 2 tours with Yanature during our family holiday to Mauritius. Both were excellent and I would highly recommend the company as reliable and professional. Matt was our guide for the dolphin kayak and the boys whole experience was exceptional. We saw hundreds of spinner dolphins swimming along the kayaks and jumping/spinning. It was a once in a lifetime experience and felt like a non-intrusive way to see these amazing animals in their natural habitat. Special thanks to Matt for his thoughtful instructions to a middle aged mum who hasn't held a paddle for a long time. I cannot recommend this highly enough.
