5.00It was an amazing experience. By bicycle is a great way to get around jaipur and come places you normally wouldn’t. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend it greatly to do this tour. Most of all we we loved our guide KumKum Bhati, she was full of energy and made us enthousiastic to explore. She learned us a lot and was really accommodating to our preferences and pace. Thank you KumKum for making the experience even better!

5.00Seagull Jaunt is the tour to do! We are a family of three with an 11-year-old. At first, I have to admit, I had second thoughts as riding through the streets of Jaipur can be a harrowing experience. Our group was six people, 4 from the team were also on our tour and made us feel totally safe using lighted wands to slow traffic when needed and ride in front/back/sides of us. It also helps that you don’t ride for extended periods of time at a time without stopping. We fed cows early in the morning, attended a laughing yoga session with a group that has been meeting for years, attended temple, walked through a typical market, saw how to make bronze vessels and went inside one of the artisans homes (which was eye opening for our son) and tried so much delicious typical food! It is honestly one of the best tours in any country that I have ever done. I wish them only the best and I hope they keep growing!

5.00Umesh and team were impeccably prepared for safety and good times. We started the day by feeding cows for good karma. The food stops — spicy masala chai, Bombay mix, samosas, lassi — were all delicious. Sunday morning prayers to Krishna. Cricket with the local kids. Leisurely stroll through the flower and vegetable markets. The morning bicycle tour was an excellent way to learn the lay of the land and take in the sights, sounds, smells, and spices of life in Jaipur. Highly recommended.

5.00What an amazing experience we had cycling through the streets of Jaipur at 05.30am. Not sure what to expect but we ate and drank our way round the city - everything was delicious. We saw sights around the city that you may not normally see, the Mansions in Pickle street and the best pakora and Bombay mix ever. Then onto the park for more early morning exercise. The Temple chanting, colours in the fruit and flower market, the palace and finally the Lassi stall - delicious. All fabulous. What we loved the most was the enthusiasm and energy of our brilliant guide Umesh, he told us it would be the highlight of our trip to India and it certainly was. Not to be missed.
Best experience of India and Jaipur!

If you enjoy being surprised, expecting the unexpected, flying by the seat of your pants, open minded to trust your guide then this experience is for you! 5.00If you're in Jaipur and want to take a cycling tour or a hike (or maybe both), you need to go to Seagull Jaunt. We met Umesh from Seagull Jaunt by chance in Jaipur and got chatting. It turned out he organizes tours. And because we love cycling, we immediately made an appointment for the next morning. We did get out early (around 6:15 AM), as the roads are quieter then. He has some really nice bikes, and the details are fantastic. Like a hairnet for under the helmet, good lights on both the bike and the helmet, magnetic flags of your country of origin for the bike, etc. You don't have to worry about traffic because he makes sure all traffic is stopped. 🤣🤣 We saw some really special places along the way, got a lot of information, and Umesh gave us delicious tastings (Masala Chai, a nut mix, Somosa, and the most delicious lassi I've ever had), all included. In short, we had a wonderful day. We were so enthusiastic that we immediately booked a hike for the next day. We ate and drank the most delicious food during the hike. But most importantly, Umesh showed us things we would never have discovered on our own. We did the two hikes with Paul from the UK, and we clicked so well; we had so much fun and laughed. What we will never forget is Umesh's immense enthusiasm. Finally, if you'd like to go on a cycling or hiking tour in Jaipur, book with Umesh from 'Seagull Jaunt'.

5.00After doing Seagull Jaunt’s amazing heritage twilight tour I had to go back ! Next morning here I am doing the bicycle tour at dawn, this time with Kumkum as my guide. This is an absolute gem of a tour, complementing perfectly the evening one. Delicious snacks, anecdotes and local encounters as the city awakens, climaxing at the emotional morning Hindu ceremony where I felt genuinely welcomed among the Jaipur dwellers. Biking the city might appear challenging but Kumkum confidently steers you around veggie markets, morning yoga and centuries old cinema making it feel like a breeze ! In a nutshell don’t hesitate to nd if this has to be your only Jaipur activity, so be it ! Cheers from France

Umesh took me to some secret spots and local events, shared with me the vibe and energy of the inner city. Umesh’s charismatic personality in the local community made me feel so welcomed by the locals. I could feel Umesh’ s energy and passion and I enjoyed every minuted of the tour. I was introduced this tour by another traveller I met in Agra’s hostel and I now knew why he recommended Umesh to me - and that’s why I m writing this review and want to like to share this with you.

5.00My favorite thing we did in Jaipur. The streets are quiet in the morning and you get to see a side of the city that feels way more real. The ride itself felt super safe, traffic’s light and Umesh and Bagwandir handle everything. They keep an eye on everyone and make sure the group sticks together. We did so many random, fun things: fed cows, wandered through a beautiful temple, some yoga, stopped at a local school to wave at the kids, even joined some ladies dancing on the street. No shopping detours or pressure to buy anything, which I really appreciated. There were a few snack stops — totally optional, but I tried them and everything was great. If you’re even slightly on the fence, just go. Totally worth getting up early for.

5.00I very nearly didn't do this tour because I didn't want to get up early, but I'm so glad I did -- you really get to see a different side of the city and experience a bunch of things that you wouldn't be able to on your own (feeding the cows, darting through the amazing temple, maybe even dancing with local ladies on the street!) I was worried about biking in the hectic streets of Jaipur, but traffic isn't too bad in the morning and when it's time to cross a road, Umesh the tour leader and Bagwandir the rear guard make sure you're fully protected (it's amazing). Umesh's energy is infectious and it's obvious that he's well-connected to the local community - we even got to make an impromptu stop by the local elementary school to say hi to the kids. And I think this goes without saying, but there were no weird scammy stops or anything like that - Umesh clearly cares about his guests having a good time (ex. there is no pressure to eat the nibbles if you don't want to - although I did and they were delicious, and my tummy is just fine!) Highly recommend!
