What To Expect
Tallinn Town Hall
The tour starts at Town Hall Square. The guide gives general information about the excursion, route and history of Estonia. You can tell us your preferences so that the guide can highlight them during the tour. (5 minutes stop at the point + 3 minutes transitions)
Niguliste Museum
The Church of St. Nicholas is one of the oldest in the city. At this stop you will hear amazing stories about this church and the surrounding area. (10 minutes stop at the point + 2 minutes transitions)

5.00This was an amazing overview of Tallinn! Our tour guide Elina was very knowledgeable about Tallinn’s architecture as well as its history. In 2 1/2 hours, we learned far more than we have in many other tours.

5.00It was a fun and very educational tour. Some things we had never heard about in the travel book/videos. The insights from a local added so much. We had great photo opportunities and some advice on what to do on our own after the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun and easy to talk with.

She was brimming with historical information and because our group was so small, we talked about a very wide range of topics, including politics, current events, etc. We definitely know much about Old Town and she gave us good tips on where to buy souvenirs and eat good food!

5.00I had a private tour with Max who showed me around the Old Town, including the Upper Town and Lower Town, that each had its own walls separating the upper class and lower class. He explained the history of Tallinn and Estonia and was very knowledgeable and honest about both the good and bad parts. The most interesting part was learning about the truck that's parked on a small piece of private land in the middle of the park next to the Tourist Office.

5.00Elena was a fantastic guide, imparting a huge amount of information in a short period of time. We covered a lot of ground at a reasonable pace, so be prepared. At the end of the tour we had a sense of the history of Tallin, along with a good orientation of Old Town. This is not an in-depth tour, there is too much to see, but does give you a good idea of where to come back to and spend more time. Well worth it.
