Equipped with a digital tablet and headphones provided, step back in time with Phnom Penh Heritage Tour to discover the city's superb heritage.
While the journey offers a glimpse of the vibrant bustle of today, each of the 19 stops invites you to step back in time to discover 22 sites inherited from the time when Cambodia was placed under French protectorate.
The video guide reveals the history of each place with films, vintage photos and historical anecdotes. It also offers the privilege of virtually entering certain buildings inaccessible to the public.
The transformation of a fishing village into a capital, the first urbanization on a French model, the craze for Art Deco architecture, the organization of the social fabric, the royal family, the lifestyle of the elite at the beginning of the 20th century and the dark hours of the Khmer Rouge regime are all topics discussed during the Phnom Penh Heritage Tour.

The guide quickly identified me in the busy square and led me to the bus, from there it was a smooth and informative ride in both French and English. A great introduction to the city, with lots of ideas for longer visits and places to grab a coffee.

It was really good especially if you don't have a lot of time in a city, you get to see a lot of places and then can decide which ones to go and see and spend more time at. The french tour guide was really knowleadgeble and helpful. I highly recommend this tour!

Great experience. Very well organized and interesting visit. The guide is very careful and everything is done for our comfort. It’s not just an interactive tour, the guide gives a lot of explanations and takes the time to answer all the questions. We recommend this tour.

A great way to see the city and learn about its history. We particularly liked that the videos had images of what places looked like back in the day. Would recommend doing it as your first thing in Phnom Penh (rather than last like us) so you can go back and visit some of the sites again.

When I heard the explanation, I was so glad to know that the old building was historically significant. The audio guide in Korean is also good, and if you ask Oliver's guide, you will answer it kindly.

I used three tours offered by Phnom Penh Heritage Tour. It was an extraordinary experience. The guide Olivier, who is francophone, did a great job. He is attentive, careful on the road, listening to my questions. The bus was very clean, the videos interesting. I feared the heat but the bus was well ventilated! I will recommend to my friends their tricks.

Excellent visit, with a very friendly guide, having a very good knowledge of all the places seen or visited. He also told us a lot of fun and historical anecdotes and took the time to let us take our pictures. For my first day, this was a good first approach to discovering Phnom Penh city and its heritage. The guide is francophone. Thanks for everything.
