1.00I would like to give this tour “0” stars but had to use “1” star so my review could be posted. They never showed up. I arrived early at the designated pick up spot and waited. When they were 45 minutes late, I left and requested a refund through Trip Advisor. The company has still never reached out to explain what happened. But they have my money so I guess they don’t need to.

My tour guide, Phillip, was very kind and knowledgeable and took me many places including the nature preserve, Charlotte’s Staircase, The Caves, and many other places!
