Sound baths can be booked by individuals or groups and can be enjoyed by anyone, without the need to get wet!

Nestling in the heart of the Spa Quarter in historic, Georgian Bath, the Soul Spa offers a retreat from the world for a wonderful experience of deep calm and relaxation in one of the city's oldest buildings. Your sound bath can be complemented with a treatment with one of our wonderful therapists, and bookings for couples or groups can be tailored to suit your needs.

What To Expect

At the Soul Spa, we run 30 and 60-minute sound baths daily. The name 'sound bath' can be a little misleading as you don't get wet, you are simply 'bathed' in the wonderful sounds of the crystal bowls. Spend part of your day with us and you will feel restored in mind and body, and the wonderful thing is all you need to do is get comfortable and open your mind to absorb the words and sounds around you. During your session you will lie on a recliner in our dedicated meditation space, the Quantum Field, and be taken through a guided relaxation. to release any anxieties so you can allow yourself to feel calmer, more self-assured and happier, and just when you think it can’t possibly get any better, you will be bathed in the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls. Within the vibrations of the sounds, time will disappear, and you may encounter waves of peace, heightened awareness, emotional healing, insights into your inner world, creative thoughts…or maybe even just the most restful sleep you have ever experienced!

Went here today with two friends and we had such a blissful half an hour. I’m not usually a big one for this kind of thing but can honestly say it was deeply relaxing and a wonderful experience. Highly recommend and we are already talking about coming back! Thank you x

My brother went last year and got me and my husband vouchers for Christmas last year. I didnt know what to expect to be honest having never done anything like this before but it was amazing. Incredibly relaxing. Well worth the money.

We went to a 30minute sound bath session. It was led by Grace who was very welcoming and made us feel so relaxed. It was such a calming experience to lay there snuggled with a blanket whilst listening to the wonderful sounds. We wished we had booked an hour session. Ten out of ten. Would recommend it.

A truly relaxing and meditative experience set in a delightful room in the heart of Bath. Led by Madeline, being absorbed by sound for 30 minutes, left each of us with a wonderful sense of well being and peace. My family and I highly recommend a sound bath.

The room was a little snug and the idea of the chairs was appealing but ended up hindering my relaxation. Unfortunately I had a snorer next to me too.. it was otherwise relaxing and Amy was super calming and kind.

Amazing. This was my first time attending and I went alone it was completely out of my comfort zone but Madeline was so calm and welcoming. I have already booked to go again. If you are thinking of booking do it you will not be disappointed.

I experienced my 1st Sound Bath - which I managed to Book with My Birthday Bus Pass. Email correspondence to book was exceptional service -replies received the same day and they were very accommodating. The Room was very relaxing with comfortable reclining chairs and blankets. The crystal bowl sounds were amazing and I became very relaxed and drifted off into another world. I came away very relaxed. Thank you so much.
