Do you guarantee an in-water whale swim? No. We only swim when sea conditions, visibility, and whale behavior make it safe and respectful. If not, we enjoy surface viewing and premium lagoon sites (turtles, coral gardens, rays/wreck). How strong a swimmer do I need to be? For whale swims, you should be comfortable fin-swimming in open ocean at a brisk pace for short intervals. If you prefer, you can stay on the boat or snorkel only in sheltered areas. How many guests are on board? Small group, max 6 guests. What’s included? Premium masks/snorkels/fins, wetsuits, towels, drinks, and a light lunch/snack. Where do we meet? We confirm the exact meeting point and time the evening before. Please arrive 10 minutes early. What happens if we don’t see whales? We focus on the best lagoon experiences (turtles, coral gardens, rays/wreck) to ensure a memorable day. Is the tour suitable for nervous swimmers? Yes—no pressure to enter the water. Our guide briefs you, stays close in the water, and we have extra flotation aids.

A perfect morning, an amazing team that was to little care throughout the excursion. And finally a beautiful encounter with a male straight out of his nap. I absolutely recommend this excursion with teiki and her captain.

We were picked up by boat just to the left of the restaurant Le Meherio with the other two guests. The crew was very friendly and informative and provided wetsuits and snorkel equipment. Although the water is warm the wetsuits are definitely an added bonus in keeping you warm as you may be entering and leaving the water several times while looking for whales. We did find some whales but unfortunately did not get to swim with them as they swam away. We did get to swim with turtles and see the island by boat which was phenomenal views. Would book again!
