Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and confident in her talk throughout the museum. The Schindler Museum itself is a marvel of detail and WWII history. The problem lies in the fact that all this detail is too much to take in during a 90 minute tour. Add to that the other tours simultaneously taking place and people jockeying for position amidst the displays. Best advice: You don't need a guide. Go on your own and take your time.

I was slightly worried as I'd read negative reviews about the ticket vendor but it was valid! Our guide was informative and we didn't feel rushed but there was a lot of information inside the factory that I didn't have time to read so I would perhaps go again without a guide so I could take my time. Saying that, the guide was excellent.

My experience has been mixed. If the factory really deserves to be visited, unfortunately I was disappointed by the service of the guide. He made it clear from the start that the visit would last 1h30, but his pace was far too fast. He spoke very quickly and went from one room to another without making sure that the whole group followed. We did not have time to appreciate the details, and I had the feeling that he was eager to finish his day. Important note: remember to bring your original passport or ID card, as access is strictly controlled. Photocopies and photos of identity documents are not accepted.

The tour could be more interesting if the group was not so large. Not all of us could access the rooms and it was therefore difficult to understand the guide.
