Very good tour guide. Thomas was entertaining and engaging. I enjoyed learning about the history of the hotel. Would have liked to see more rooms of the hotel but otherwise this was a fun and satisfying experience.

This was a basic tour of the Chateau, given the one hour time constraint. The Chateau was quite crowded, so it was hard to hear the tour guide at times. The tour guide did he best he could, and he shared interesting information about the hotel. There were a few teenagers on the tour who understandably seemed very bored. The group size was good, a dozen or so.

Excellent guide and tour. It's a shame that it will no longer be possible to visit the Château starting July 1st (new hotel policy)! I hope that Château Frontenac will reconsider its decision in the near future. It's sad not to grant access to this historical monument unless one rents a room :(

You don't see much of hotel. Only lobby, what can you see for youself. Only sam stories, not so much related to the hotel

Our tour guide was amazing and had a great sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable and gave you the full history of the hotel. We got to see an actual suite, dining area and grand ballroom just to name a few. Although the hotel is beautiful, I can't say the rooms are worth the price from what we saw. If you're into very old finishes and textures you will love it.

This one hour tour was a quick and entertaining history of the Chateau Frontenac. Our guide, Thomas, was charismatic and fun.
