Our guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I visited with my elderly parents and he was always kind and considerate because they walk slow and need to seat often.

Great tour of the hotel. We were staying here so we got to see areas that we would not have known about. Our guide was excellent! He was funny but very knowledgeable about the history. This is a great place to stay!

A little corny. If you were close and heard everything she said, it was interesting. Turning her head or being too far away, you lost the words.

We learned a lot of things there! And it is a unique place. The guide knows her subject and her historical character well.

Easy to locate starting point and guide was very enthusiastic. I thought we'd see more internally of the hotel. We rode elevator up to 3rd floor (to see that it is muktiple levels). We didn't get to see any other interior spaces besides the lobby. Learned some great history of the Frontenac but was hoping to see/learn more about the hotel itself.

Speaker was very good although was not entirely historically accurate on some points. Overall though, she was very good. The cost though was too much and was disappointing.

Very good tour guide. Thomas was entertaining and engaging. I enjoyed learning about the history of the hotel. Would have liked to see more rooms of the hotel but otherwise this was a fun and satisfying experience.

This was a basic tour of the Chateau, given the one hour time constraint. The Chateau was quite crowded, so it was hard to hear the tour guide at times. The tour guide did he best he could, and he shared interesting information about the hotel. There were a few teenagers on the tour who understandably seemed very bored. The group size was good, a dozen or so.
