Wonderful tour, very engaging host. Great history told about the breathtaking Frontenac Hotel . Would definitely recommend this tour.

Our tour guide was amazing and had a great sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable and gave you the full history of the hotel. We got to see an actual suite, dining area and grand ballroom just to name a few. Although the hotel is beautiful, I can't say the rooms are worth the price from what we saw. If you're into very old finishes and textures you will love it.

This one hour tour was a quick and entertaining history of the Chateau Frontenac. Our guide, Thomas, was charismatic and fun.

We both very much enjoyed the tour. The guide's knowledge of the hotel was incredible. I loved the guide's hummer and sarcasm, but my wife was not always on board. We both enjoyed learning about the history of the hotel but would like to see more of the interior of the hotel. Still, an excellent experience.

Tour operator was 15 minutes late & it was pouring rain & sleet outside. Content of tour was inadequate- didn’t see much of the hotel except the hallways. Been ion other hotel tours & see much more

Thomas the guide was well informed, funny and answered questions very well. Good control of that material and that group. It's real 3 worth spending the time to see the building

To call this a “tour” of the Frontenac is a long shot. You go in the lobby then stand in a corner of the hotel for a half hour listening to history of the hotel and seeing printed pictures in a binder. Then you get to walk a few hallways and sets of stairs. Very underwhelming. The guide was great and knowledgeable but there is no tour involved. If you want a history lesson of the property this is for you. If you are looking for an actual tour of the hotel this isn’t it.

Tour was great. There were two guides, but because our group was large (34 people), we were split into two groups. I had the female guide. She was amiable, knowledgeable and occasionally witty.
