5.00What to write? Perfect experience, life experience. our organizers prepared a really wonderful trip for us. I recommend these three guys - Akso, Farid and Ipul - to everyone who wants to go to the Ijen volcano. They kept to the schedule perfectly and were friendly and funny. Our guide Akso took care of the safety of the whole group in the first place, he tried to make our trip unforgettable and that we leave with memories for a lifetime. And he succeeded! At one point inside the crater we thought we were going to die in a cloud of sulphur, but I would repeat this experience again. Beautiful view of the whole area and the volcanoes, we also had a group of wonderful people, so I rate the experience 11 out of 10...anyway, I will return to Java.

5.00Gun was an incredible guide who went above and beyond during my Ijen hike. As someone who isn’t very fit, I was nervous about the steep, slippery terrain—but Gun made sure I felt safe and supported every step of the way. He patiently helped me stay with the group, guided me up and down difficult sections (even holding my hand when needed), and took amazing photos that captured the experience beautifully. Thanks to his kindness and care, what I expected to be a challenge turned into an unforgettable adventure. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

5.00It was great to do it with a shared group of people. Our guide Udin remembered all our names and made sure we were all safe by calling for us. It took a lot more energy walking to the crater entry point than it did walking into the crater. The fire was great to see, but it was quite crowded and made it hard to walk back up. A bit unlucky with the sunrise as it was cloudy unfortunately.
