  I am still on this tour and very dissatisfied. Make sure you get the tour as advertised. We were told the sight seeing boat (main reason for doing this tour) was sold out. So we had to take boat at 3:30 that was supposedly better but had to take it all the way to Bergen, like 5 hrs! Guide said if you can’t get back an hour late then let them know but emphasized how much better this long boat back would be. It was basically a ferry and like sitting on an airplane. Hardly anywhere to stand outside for the views, which is why we came on tour. No narrative from a guide either. If I wanted a ferry I would have s booked it myself. Paid close to $900 for this tour which was ridiculous since we are now stuck on this ferry. Guide was very pleasant and can’t fault him but totally false advertising. Viator should compensate &$ for what we did not get. There was supposed to be another short boat rude as well but we did t get that either.

  we were informed that the cruise from Flam to Gudvangen was cancelled at the last minute when we were at Flam. In fact before joining the trip I had booked the cruise from Gudvangen to Flam departing at 1500 on 21 May. I got the email from the norwaysbest informing me that the boat was cancelled on 20 May. That is why I decided to join the tour in the last minute on 20 May. I don't know the exact time of the cruise in the trip and I suppose everything should run as scheduled and I should be able to take the boat. I was really shocked to find out that the boat was also cancelled. I really want to know whether the cruise had informed the trip organizer about the cancelation of the boat as they had informed me. I

  Worth every penny. Our guide made a few extra 5-10 minute stops for look out points. You see a lot, and the two hour boat cruise takes you past some of the most beautiful scenery. A must do if you have a few days in Bergen.
