24, 25, 31 December and 1 January the Palace of Pena and the Quinta da Regaleira will be closed.
In cases where the Palacio da Pena or the Quinta da Regaleira are closed due to natural events (such as storms or fire risk), other alternate places will be visited, such as the National Palace of Sintra and the Palace of Queluz. The tour will not be cancelled in these situations
The Guide may need to speak more than one language during the tour
This experience requires a minimum of 4 participants. If you cancel due to failure to comply with this number, a new date or full refund will be presented.

Quinta da Regaleira
Next we will visit the Quinta da Regaleira - one of the most surprising and enigmatic monuments of the Cultural Landscape of Sintra. In this famous and mystical place, you will find exotic gardens, lakes, waterfalls, caves, Masonic architecture, and the Initiate well.

4.00A nice tour with a very good and friendly guide. Unfortunately we could not get up to Peña Castle in Sintra because of the weather. The highlight for us was the stormy wind at the westernmost point of mainland Europe.

5.00Jaoa created an experience that was the highlight of our trip to Lisbon. He was so knowledgeable and his obvious love for the area along with its history allowed us to see Sintra and other areas through his eyes. Lunch was amazing. He brought us to the off the beaten path local Portuguese restaurant. Due to the recent weather, we received a custom tailored itinerary that didn't make us feel like we were missing out on original plan. We feel it is what made the trip even better! This is the only tour company we suggest and if you are lucky enough to get Jaoa, even better!
