Bulguksa Temple
A jewel of Silla-era Buddhist architecture, Bulguksa Temple is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site and one of Korea’s most revered temples. Originally built in the 8th century, the temple complex showcases stunning architectural harmony between nature and design. Visitors can admire iconic structures like Dabotap and Seokgatap pagodas, and intricate stone staircases that symbolize the path to enlightenment. Set amidst pine forests and lotus ponds, Bulguksa offers spiritual peace and timeless beauty.
Yangdong Folk Village
Step back in time at Yangdong Village, Korea’s largest and most well-preserved traditional village designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Nestled among scenic mountains and gentle rivers, this centuries-old village embodies the Confucian ideals and class structure of the Joseon Dynasty. With over 160 hanok-style homes scattered across the hills, some still inhabited today, visitors can stroll past tiled rooftops, ancestral halls, and ancient academies. Surrounded by nature, Yangdong offers a serene, immersive look into Korea’s aristocratic past. (Lunch time at own expense is included)

The pick up location instructions were not clear even after leaving mobile number to contact no one did until people from another tour company who also got to the wrong place , but the guide called them and instructed them To go to the next pick up point via subway only then I had to get in touch and find out the options by then it was too late to take the subway had to take taxi …. Nightmare as the taxi driver didn’t understand English then had to Get the tour guide to type the location in Korean and it cost me additional 15500 won which could have been avoided if they gave clear pick up instructions when there are 2 exit 12 one for just the subway another for subway and shopping mall

Very lovely and well organised tour around Gyeongju, with many historical sites visited. I would recommend people who do this tour to have energy as it can get quite long with the bus journey. Our guide Jun-ha was very informative and kind, so I would recommend.
