Disappointing. We booked through odyssey as they had great reviews. Our trip was actually operated by a company called lotus and they were poor. The company were unaware of our booking so never received confirmation of booking. Tried 3times to get hold of the tour operator to confirm collection/meet time but never had any correspondence from them. Our group was a combination of easy riders and guests riding their own scooters. All of the people riding their own scooters crashed at least 2times each. The tour operators had no first aid kit or training and showed no care towards those that had crashed and were covered in blood! The ‘english speaking guide’ barely spoke to us, we had no info on where we were going each day, how long sections would take, what time meals were etc. we simply drove from stop to stop in silence, the easyriders never spoke a word to us despite us trying to make conversation. We booked this trip, as others did as it says you get private rooms included, however on arrival at the accomodation we were told we had to pay extra for private rooms. After much negotiating they eventually accepted and we got our private rooms. Food was very basic as was accomodation. It was a real shame because talking to other travellers they said it was the easy riders thag made their trip, making it fun, stopping for photos, and giving information on areas visited. If you want a company to simply take you around the route with no input or tour guide then this is for you, otherwise I would not recommend.
