Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
7.50-8.40AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.20AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.50AM to get on the bus.

Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles...
Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
If customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
Customers stay on International cruise trip: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 12.00PM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 12.00PM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.

5.00I love this wonderful experience so much. We went on this tour with our hotel guide. In the morning bus came to our hotel. It took one hour to reach Ha Long Bay. There were 20 people with our guide. Our first stop was to see a pearl and jewelry shop. They showed us how they take pearls from shells. After watching it, we went straight to our cruise. They also give us a five-star buffet with a tasty Vietnamese buffet. Everything was so beautiful. They showed us all the caves. The caves were very huge and wonderful. They almost look like an ice age cave. I was so amazed by how these caves and rocks were hidden under the ocean millions of years ago. They also took us in bamboo kayaking. Then in the evening we had a party on our cruise. This experience is so wonderful. You will definitely enjoy it.

5.00Amazing experience. Phong was great and very knowledgeable and great guide. Total value for money, includes very good lunch and tea/local wine. There was xtra cost for speed boat (10usd) but totally worth it in my view

Phong was a great guide and managed not only to tell us a lot about Halong Bay, but also about people, culture and traditions in Vietnam! 100% recommend, if you are short on time and can only do a one day tour in Halong Bay! If you have time, do the 2-day-tour because it’s a long bus ride from Hanoi!

5.00We had a great time on the tour! Phong, our tour guide, was funny, helpful, and gave us a lot of good info throughout the tour. We had enough time at all of our stops, and the kayaking and surprise cave were both great. The bay is very crowded with similar tours, so expect lots of people and a long line to get into the cave. Lunch is included in the tour, but dinner is not and you won’t get back to Hanoi until at least 9pm, so pack snacks accordingly. It is a long day, so it would be difficult to do with young kids. It was worth the price we paid, and I’d recommend it to someone looking for a quick tour of the bay!

5.00We joined the tour with Phong as our guide. Overall nice experience, we managed to arrive earlier at some of the locations and skipped the huge crowds. As expected, it's a very touristy experience, so of course the format is standard, but it didn't feel overbearing. Phong was really nice and helpful. We did the speedboat activity instead of the kayaking, so we did visit a few more remote places but was overall too short so not sure I would recommend. Despite the crowds and tour format, location is amazing so overall it's definitely worth visiting

5.00Despite the crowds, this trip was definitely worth it. Beautiful and the cave was amazing. Our guide Phong was excellent, and took very good care of us. Being in the bay during the sunset was incredible. My only complaint was the crowds, but the tour agency actually warned us about that
