15.30: Visiting Titop island: swimming or climbing up to the top & enjoy amazing Panorama views of Halong bay.
16:15: Cruising back to habour. Enjoy amazing sunset & landscapes on the way back.
17:30 -18.00: Disembark Halong bay habour. Transfer back to Hanoi (on request)

Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
7.40-8.20AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.30AM or Hanoi Silk Path hotel, 195 Hang Bong street at 7.45AM or Embassy hotel, 166 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.20AM to get on the bus.

Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles...
Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
If customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
Customers stay on International cruise trip: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 11.30AM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 11.30AM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.

5.00Mr Phong was an amazingly funny lad who showed us around on the tour, he speaks good English and takes amazing pictures. Definitely recommend doing the Halong Bay tour with them. The driver Dii was pretty cool as well
It was really fun and amazing for me yet may things I’ve learned to this trip.

5.00We recently took the 1-day Ha Long Bay tour on the Hercules Premium Cruise, and it completely exceeded our expectations! The ship itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained, but what truly made the trip special was our incredible tour guide, Sam. From the moment we were picked up, Sam was friendly, highly organized, and full of fascinating stories about the history and legends of Ha Long Bay. He managed the group perfectly, ensuring we had enough time at each stop without ever feeling rushed. The itinerary was fantastic: The Food: The buffet lunch onboard was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh food The Activities: Exploring the massive Sung Sot (Surprising) Cave was breathtaking. We also loved Speed Boat and hiking to the top of Ti Top Island for that iconic panoramic view of the bay. The Vibe: Ending the day with a sunset on the sundeck, complete with some fresh fruit, was the perfect way to wind down. If you are looking for a luxury day cruise in Ha Long Bay, I highly recommend Hercules Premium. Be sure to ask for Sam as your guide—he is the absolute best!

3.00The overall experience in the cruise was good. It wasnt luxury, but rest was alright. However. There are some additional charges which weren’t part of the base price like the entrance fees (360K VND) and separate charges for kayaking (50K VND) which usually are part of the package. We realised that we should’ve booked from somewhere else to get a cheaper all inclusive deal.

5.00This was an excellent tour!!! I was unsure about seeing Ha Long Bay in just one day but it ended up being relaxing and extremely beautiful. Phong did an amazinggg job narrating the tour, making jokes, informing us along the way and keeping us all together all day. He was crucial to us finding our bus in the morning, seeing everything throughout the day, and getting home that night. We did not feel rushed and we made many new friends. My 13 year old loved the speedboat option and cave, the lunch was great, and my husband and I lounged on the beach while our son ran to the view point of Titop and came back down. Many people online said that Ha Long bay was too touristy, even our Grab driver the night before warned us not to go, but the tour with Phong and the team felt private and perfect! Highly recommend! And shout out to the bus driver for smooth sailing the whole way, he was great.
